one_o other_o act_n make_v in_o the_o 30_o year_n of_o the_o say_v late_a king_n charles_n ii_o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o far_a relief_n and_o discharge_n of_o poor_a distress_a prisoner_n for_o debt_n ii_o justice_n of_o peace_n who_o pursuant_n to_o the_o say_a act_n or_o to_o this_o present_a act_n shall_v make_v any_o order_n for_o the_o discharge_n of_o any_o poor_a prisoner_n for_o debt_n shall_v cause_v to_o come_v before_o they_o any_o sheriff_n jailer_n or_o keeper_n of_o prison_n where_o such_o prisoner_n be_v and_o administer_v to_o they_o this_o oath_n viz._n i_o a._n b._n yearly_a annuity_n rent_n or_o payment_n shall_v commence_v from_o the_o 24_o of_o june_n next_o ensue_v and_o shall_v be_v pay_v and_o payable_a at_o the_o four_o most_o usual_a feast_n of_o the_o birth_n of_o our_o lord_n christ_n and_o every_o person_n on_o payment_n of_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n as_o aforesaid_a revoke_v tally_n to_o be_v give_v on_o receipt_n of_o the_o money_n and_o order_n thereon_o which_o may_v be_v transfer_v or_o assign_v and_o not_o to_o be_v revoke_v shall_v immediate_o have_v one_o or_o more_o tally_n or_o tally_n import_v the_o receipt_n of_o the_o consideration_n money_n and_o order_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a annuity_n bear_v the_o same_o date_n with_o the_o tally_n the_o say_a tally_n to_o be_v levy_v and_o the_o say_a order_n the_o 25_o day_n of_o march_n aforesaid_a transport_v any_o salt_n from_o one_o port_n to_o another_o in_o england_n wales_n or_o berwick_n shall_v before_o land_v it_o deliver_v to_o the_o collector_n of_o this_o duty_n in_o the_o say_a port_n a_o true_a particular_a of_o the_o quantity_n thereof_o sign_v by_o the_o collector_n of_o this_o duty_n and_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o custom_n in_o that_o port_n from_o whence_o the_o vessel_n come_v and_o that_o then_o the_o master_n or_o his_o mate_n or_o the_o boatswain_n of_o such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n shall_v make_v oath_n proportionable_o for_o a_o great_a or_o small_a number_n or_o quantity_n pay_v how_o and_o by_o who_o to_o be_v pay_v shall_v be_v pay_v by_o the_o officer_n appoint_v to_o collect_v the_o duty_n upon_o salt_n payable_a by_o this_o act_n in_o the_o same_o port_n from_o whence_o any_o such_o fish_n shall_v be_v export_v within_o thirty_o day_n after_o demand_v thereof_o on_o a_o debenture_n upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n not_o mark_v or_o upon_o which_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v some_o stamp_n or_o mark_n resemble_v the_o same_o or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n stamp_v with_o this_o mark_n or_o stamp_v which_o he_o shall_v know_v to_o be_v counterfeit_v or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n that_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v for_o a_o low_a duty_n as_o aforesaid_a every_o such_o officer_n etc._n etc._n so_o guilty_a and_o thereof_o lawful_o convict_v shall_v over_z and_z above_o the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a forfeit_v his_o office_n place_n or_o employment_n and_o if_o any_o attorney_n shall_v be_v guilty_a thereof_o and_o convict_v he_o shall_v be_v disable_v for_o the_o future_a to_o practise_v as_o a_o attorney_n and_o if_o any_o deed_n instrument_n or_o write_n shall_v be_v write_v or_o ingross_v by_o any_o person_n not_o be_v a_o know_a officer_n or_o of_o public_a employment_n entitle_v to_o write_v or_o engross_v any_o ecclesiastical_a court_n for_o not_o conform_v to_o the_o church_n of_o england_n iv_o provide_v always_o that_o if_o any_o assembly_n of_o person_n dissent_v from_o the_o church_n of_o england_n shall_v be_v have_v in_o any_o place_n for_o religious_a worship_n with_o the_o door_n lock_v bar_v or_o bolt_v the_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v at_o such_o meeting_n shall_v receive_v from_o the_o penalty_n of_o the_o law_n against_o popish_a recusant_n or_o protestant_n nonconformist_n and_o from_o the_o penalty_n of_o a_o act_n make_v in_o the_o 5_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o queen_n elizabeth_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o assurance_n of_o the_o queen_n royal_a power_n over_o all_o estate_n and_o subject_n within_o her_o dominion_n by_o reason_n of_o their_o refuse_v to_o take_v the_o oath_n mention_v in_o the_o say_a act_n and_o from_o the_o penalty_n of_o a_o act_n make_v in_o the_o 13_o and_o 14_o year_n of_o king_n charles_n ii_o entitutled_a a_o act_n for_o prevent_a mischief_n that_o may_v arise_v by_o certain_a person_n call_v quaker_n refuse_v to_o take_v lawful_a oath_n and_o enjoy_v the_o benefit_n privilege_n and_o advantage_n which_o other_o dissenter_n ought_v to_o enjoy_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act._n fourteen_o person_n refuse_v to_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n when_o tender_v shall_v not_o be_v admit_v to_o make_v and_o subscribe_v the_o say_v two_o declaration_n though_o require_v by_o a_o justice_n of_o peace_n at_o a_o general_n oâ—_n quarter-session_n unless_o within_o 31_o day_n after_o such_o tender_a of_o the_o declaration_n to_o they_o they_o produce_v two_o protestant_a witness_n to_o testify_v upon_o oath_n that_o they_o believe_v he_o to_o be_v a_o protestant_a dissenter_n or_o a_o certificate_n under_o the_o hand_n of_o four_o protestant_n who_o be_v conformable_a to_o the_o church_n of_o england_n or_o have_v take_v the_o oath_n and_o subscribe_v the_o declaration_n aforesaid_a and_o a_o certificate_n under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o six_o or_o more_o of_o the_o congregation_n to_o which_o he_o belong_v own_v he_o to_o be_v one_o of_o they_o xv._o till_o such_o certificate_n or_o witness_n be_v produce_v the_o justice_n of_o peace_n shall_v take_v a_o recognizance_n with_o two_o surety_n in_o 50_o l._n for_o produce_v the_o same_o and_o for_o want_v of_o security_n shall_v commit_v he_o to_o prison_n till_o he_o produce_v the_o same_o xvi_o all_o the_o law_n make_v for_o frequent_v divine_a service_n on_o the_o lordsday_n shall_v be_v still_o in_o force_n against_o all_o person_n except_o they_o come_v to_o some_o assembly_n of_o religious_a worship_n allow_v by_o this_o act._n
