B. of c. as well for and in Consideration of the Sum of c. of Lawful Money of England to me in hand paid by C. D. of c. before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcel thereof do Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said C. D. his Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them for ever by these Presents as for divers other good Causes and valuable Considerations me thereunto especially moving have Given Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents do fully clearly and absolutely Give Grant Bargain and Sell and in plain and open Market deliver unto the said C. D. All those my Household-Goods and Implements of House-hold-stuff or all those my Goods and Chattels as the case is particularly mentioned expressed and set down in a certain Schedule or Inventory hereunto annexed To have and to hold the said House-hold-stuff or Goods and Chattels as the case is hereby Granted Bargained and Sold and every part and parcel thereof unto the said C. D. to the only sole and proper Vse Benefit Advantage and Behoof of him the said C. D. his Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And I the said A. B. my Executors and Administrators and every of us the said Household-Goods and Implements of Household-Stuff or Goods and Chattels as the case is to the said C. D. his Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them against all Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these Presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this First day of April In the Six and Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Lord Charles the Second over England c. The Title of the Inventory which is to be affixed with Seal Wax to the Bill of Sale A True and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Implements of houshold-stuff or goods and Chattels as the case is bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be bargained and sold in and by the within written Deed as followeth Imprimis Three Brass Kettels Item Six Pewter Dishes And so go on and Name all the Goods that are Sold and at the bottom of the Schedule let the Vender set his Hand Note if the Sale be but of an Horse or Cow or some few things then you may mention 'em in the Bill of Sale it self and need not make an Inventory of them and observe that when the Bill is Sealed some of the Goods be delivered in the Name of Possession A Sale made by the Sheriff of Goods taken in Execution by vertue of his Office To All Christian People to whom this present Writing shall come Sir B. S. Baronet Sheriff of the County of York sends Greeting whereas by vertue of his Majesties Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed issuing out of his Majesties Court of Kings Bench at Westminster for the Levying of Twenty Pounds Debt and Twenty Thre● Shillings and Four Pence Dammages as in the Execution which C. D. hath Recovered in the said Court against A. B. of c. as by the said Writ Retornable on Wednesday next after fifteen days after Easter more at large appeareth I have taken into my hands Six Cows Twenty Ewe Sheep and one Gelding or if there be a great parcel of Goods then you may say All and singular the Goods and Chattels mentioned in an Inventory hereunto annexed being the Goods and Chattels of the said A. B. Now know ye that I the said High Sheriff by vertue of the said Writ and of my Office And for and in Consideration of the Sum of c. of Good and Lawful Money of England to me the said High Sheriff in hand payed by the said C. D. or such Person as buyes the Goods do hereby as much as in me lyeth by Vertue of my said Office fully clearly and absolutely Grant Bargain and Sell and in plain and open Market deliver to the said C. D. his Executors Administrators and Assigns All and singular the said Goods and Chattels To have and to hold the same and every part and parcel thereof to the only sole proper use benefit Advantage and behoof of him the said B. D. his Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Seal of Office this First day of April in the Six and Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord Charles the Second over England c. King Annoque Dom. 1684. The Return of a Commission of Rebellion Issuing out of the Court of Exchequer directed to Commissioners in the Country WE F. P. and T. W. do humbly certifie the Barons of the Kings Exchequer that by the vertue of this Writ we have joyntly and severally made diligent Search and Inquiry after the within named A.
