they_o their_z and_z every_o of_o their_o executor_n administrator_n servant_n and_o assign_v by_o these_o present_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o he_o the_o say_v c._n r._n shall_v and_o will_v during_o the_o say_a copartnership_n keep_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v keep_v true_a account_n in_o write_v of_o all_o his_o receipt_n payment_n buy_n selling_n deal_n and_o do_n touch_a and_o concern_v the_o say_v joint-account_a and_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n produce_v and_o show_v forth_o the_o same_o unto_o the_o say_v j._n f._n and_o his_o servant_n and_o the_o say_a servant_n to_o be_v hire_v as_o aforesaid_a whereby_o the_o say_v j._n f._n or_o the_o say_a servant_n or_o one_o of_o they_o may_v be_v enable_v to_o keep_v the_o say_a book_n and_o account_n journal_n and_o leaguer_n of_o all_o business_n whatsoever_o touch_v the_o say_a joint-trade_n or_o account_n there_o in_o england_n in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o further_o that_o he_o the_o say_v c._n r._n shall_v and_o will_v during_o the_o say_a copartnership_n be_v equal_o aid_v and_o assist_v in_o all_o the_o manage_n and_o keep_v the_o say_a book_n and_o account_n to_o be_v manage_v and_o keep_v as_o aforesaid_a for_o the_o joint-stock_n here_o in_o england_n within_o the_o say_a dwelling_n house_n of_o the_o say_v j._n f._n aforesaid_a and_o also_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_v r._n c._n j._n f._n and_o f._n j._n and_o every_o of_o they_o their_o and_o every_o of_o their_o executor_n administrator_n and_o
