never_o agree_v among_o themselves_o what_o they_o will_v have_v upon_o serious_a thought_n of_o the_o premise_n your_o petitioner_n do_v presume_v with_o all_o humility_n and_o submission_n to_o your_o wisdom_n to_o offer_v to_o your_o honour_n their_o principal_n and_o proposal_n concern_v the_o government_n of_o this_o nation_n whereupon_o they_o humble_o conceive_v a_o just_a and_o prudent_a government_n ought_v to_o be_v establish_v viz._n i._o that_o the_o constitution_n of_o the_o civil_a government_n of_o england_n by_o king_n lord_n and_o commons_o be_v dissolve_v whatever_o new_a constitution_n or_o government_n can_v be_v make_v or_o settle_v according_a to_o any_o rule_n of_o righteousness_n it_o can_v be_v no_o other_o than_o a_o wise_a order_n or_o
