of_o the_o county_n it_o be_v order_v that_o they_o have_v the_o hearty_a thanks_o of_o the_o court_n for_o their_o loyal_a and_o seasonable_a presentment_n and_o sir_n roger_n norwich_n baronet_n be_v desire_v to_o acquaint_v some_o of_o the_o minister_n of_o state_n with_o the_o content_n humble_o to_o beseech_v his_o majesty_n to_o grant_v his_o commission_n to_o certain_a person_n other_o recusant_n and_o dissenter_n from_o the_o church_n of_o england_n of_o what_o persuasion_n soever_o and_o whereas_o we_o find_v by_o experience_n that_o ill_a man_n for_o the_o support_v of_o faction_n and_o the_o obstruct_n of_o justice_n do_v endeavour_n to_o get_v themselves_o into_o public_a office_n trust_n and_o employment_n the_o better_a to_o compass_v their_o wicked_a design_n for_o the_o prevention_n thereof_o and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o good_a and_o lawful_a man_n may_v be_v encourage_v and_o employ_v we_o do_v therefore_o present_v it_o as_o a_o necessary_a and_o previous_a test_n that_o all_o officer_n whatsoever_o and_o namely_o high-constable_n petty-constable_n bailiff_n churchwarden_n overseer_n of_o the_o poor_a and_o other_o officer_n and_o minister_n before_o they_o enter_v upon_o the_o execution_n of_o their_o authority_n may_v take_v the_o oath_n of_o allegiance_n and_o supremacy_n and_o produce_v a_o certificate_n under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o parish_n wherein_o they_o live_v that_o they_o be_v person_n conformable_a to_o the_o church_n government_n and_o have_v receive_v the_o sacrament_n according_a to_o the_o rite_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n within_o twelve_o month_n last_o pass_v and_o further_o whereas_o all_o ale-house-keeper_n and_o victualler_n and_o other_o person_n keep_v public_a house_n
