and_o trespass_n and_o he_o prove_v his_o position_n by_o the_o 23._o of_o elis_n cap._n 1._o where_o it_o be_v say_v that_o to_o be_v reconcile_v to_o the_o see_v of_o rome_n be_v treason_n but_o to_o be_v reconcile_v to_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n be_v not_o treason_n for_o then_o say_v he_o every_o papist_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n shall_v be_v a_o traitor_n be_v a_o member_n of_o that_o church_n and_o therefore_o reconcile_v to_o it_o now_o the_o see_v of_o rome_n say_v he_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o the_o papacy_n or_o supremacy_n of_o the_o pope_n whereby_o by_o virtue_n popery_n so_o the_o meaning_n of_o the_o oath_n in_o this_o clause_n of_o it_o as_o he_o conceive_v may_v be_v this_o you_o must_v not_o subject_v the_o church_n of_o england_n to_o the_o see_v of_o rome_n but_o you_o may_v subject_v it_o to_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n that_o there_o may_v be_v some_o such_o subtle_a meaning_n in_o the_o choice_n of_o
