shall_v begynn_v or_o venture_v to_o exercise_n etc._n or_o practice_v in_o the_o say_a faculty_n of_o physic_n within_o any_o the_o part_n of_o this_o our_o realm_n of_o england_n without_o the_o city_n and_o lymitt_v aforesaid_a and_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o well_o faithful_o and_o exact_o to_o examine_v and_o make_v trial_n of_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a qualification_n and_o ability_n as_o to_o the_o say_a faculty_n of_o physic_n and_o the_o exercise_n and_o practice_n thereof_o and_o to_o allow_v licence_n and_o approve_v of_o such_o and_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v by_o the_o say_v examiner_n respective_o as_o aforesaid_a adjudge_v able_a and_o qualify_v for_o that_o profession_n and_o thereupon_o to_o make_v and_o give_v unto_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o so_o approve_v of_o as_o aforesaid_a a_o testimonial_a in_o write_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o examiner_n respective_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o alsoe_o to_o refuse_v suppress_v henceforth_o exercise_n or_o practice_v or_o be_v permit_v to_o exercise_n or_o practice_v in_o the_o say_a art_n or_o faculty_n of_o physic_n in_o any_o part_n or_o part_n of_o this_o our_o realm_n of_o england_n without_o our_o say_a city_n and_o the_o lymitt_v aforesaid_a until_o he_o or_o they_o respective_o shall_v be_v examine_v try_v and_o approve_v of_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o have_v and_o receive_v a_o testimonial_a thereof_o in_o write_v as_o aforesaid_a upon_o pain_n of_o forfeit_v of_o five_o pound_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n unto_o the_o say_a precedent_n fellow_n and_o likewise_o accuse_v for_o practise_v physic_n unlawful_o and_o unadvised_o upon_o the_o person_n of_o one_o mr._n bonner_n blank_n appear_v upon_o summons_n confess_v that_o he_o have_v practise_v physic_n in_o london_n 13_o year_n that_o he_o do_v it_o by_o licence_n according_a to_o the_o statute_n of_o the_o kingdom_n have_v my_o lord_n of_o canterbury_n licence_n fortify_v by_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n but_o notwithstanding_o this_o plea_n for_o his_o bad_a practice_n upon_o mr._n bonner_n he_o be_v sentence_v by_o the_o 4_o censor_n to_o pay_v 20_o l._n and_o to_o lie_v in_o newgate_n till_o he_o pay_v it_o about_o 4_o day_n after_o he_o bring_v letter_n patent_n
