aforesaid_a shall_v from_o thenceforth_o be_v at_o all_o oblige_v to_o subscribe_v or_o read_v any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a declaration_n or_o acknowledgement_n it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o person_n not_o ordain_v priest_n or_o deacon_n according_a to_o episcopal_a ordination_n shall_v not_o hold_v any_o ecclesiastical_a promotion_n nor_o shall_v consecrate_v and_o administer_v the_o holy_a sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v for_o every_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o the_o king_n the_o other_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o be_v equal_o divide_v between_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n where_o the_o offence_n shall_v be_v commit_v it_o be_v also_o enact_v that_o no_o other_o form_n or_o order_n preach_v any_o sermon_n or_o lecture_n that_o then_o for_o every_o such_o offence_n the_o person_n and_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v fuffer_v three_o month_n imprisonment_n in_o the_o common_a goal_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n it_o be_v also_o provide_v that_o at_o all_o and_o every_o time_n and_o time_n when_o any_o sermon_n or_o lecture_n be_v to_o be_v preach_v the_o common-prayer_n and_o service_n in_o and_o by_o the_o say_a book_n appoint_v to_o be_v read_v for_o that_o time_n of_o the_o day_n shall_v be_v open_o public_o and_o solemn_o read_v by_o some_o priest_n or_o deacon_n in_o the_o church_n chappel_n or_o place_n of_o public_a worship_n where_o the_o say_a sermon_n or_o lecture_n be_v to_o be_v preach_v and_o that_o the_o lecturer_n then_o to_o preach_v shall_v be_v present_a at_o the_o read_n thereof_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n former_o make_v for_o uniformity_n of_o common-prayer_n shall_v continue_v to_o be_v in_o force_n and_o to_o be_v execute_v for_o punish_v offender_n against_o this_o law_n hereupon_o many_o hundred_o minister_n with_o divers_a lecturer_n and_o schoolmaster_n leave_v their_o place_n refuse_v to_o conform_v another_o act_n be_v also_o pass_v for_o restore_v of_o all_o such_o advousons_n rectory_n impropriate_a glebe-land_n and_o tithe_n to_o his_o majesty_n loyal_a subject_n as_o be_v take_v from_o they_o and_o make_v void_a certain_a charge_n impose_v on_o they_o upon_o their_o composition_n for_o delinquency_n by_o the_o late_a usurp_a power_n another_o act_n be_v pass_v for_o prevent_v abuse_n in_o print_v seditious_a treasonable_a and_o unlicensed_a book_n and_o pamphlet_n and_o for_o regulate_v of_o print_v and_o priming-presses_a pamphlet_n and_o book_n prohibit_v to_o be_v print_v publish_a or_o sell_v be_v heretical_a seditious_a or_o shismatical_a book_n or_o pamphlet_n wherein_o any_o christian_a doctrine_n or_o opinion_n shall_v be_v assert_v or_o maintain_v which_o be_v contrary_a to_o christian_a faith_n or_o to_o the_o doctrine_n or_o discipline_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n or_o which_o shall_v or_o may_v tend_v or_o be_v to_o the_o scandal_n of_o religion_n or_o the_o government_n or_o governor_n of_o the_o church_n state_n or_o commonwealth_n or_o of_o any_o corporation_n or_o particular_a person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o none_o shall_v import_v publish_v sell_v or_o dispose_v any_o such_o book_n or_o book_n or_o pamphlet_n nor_o shall_v cause_v or_o procure_v any_o such_o to_o be_v publish_v or_o put_v to_o sale_n or_o to_o be_v bind_v stitch_v or_o sew_v together_o in_o the_o fifteen_o year_n of_o his_o majesty_n be_v reign_n
