eley_n &_o in_o the_o sinque_fw-la port_n be_v jurisdiction_n and_o place_n exempt_v where_o the_o queen_n majesty_n write_v do_v not_o run_v and_o process_n of_o capias_fw-la from_o thence_o not_o retournable_a into_o the_o say_a court_n of_o the_o king_n bench_n after_o any_o significavit_fw-la be_v of_o record_n in_o the_o say_a court_n of_o chauncerye_n the_o tenor_n of_o such_o delyver_v shall_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o estatute_n have_v power_n and_o authority_n to_o make_v like_o process_n to_o the_o inferior_a officer_n and_o officer_n to_o who_o the_o execution_n of_o process_n there_o do_v appertain_v returnable_a before_o the_o justice_n there_o at_o their_o next_o session_n or_o court_n two_o month_n at_o the_o least_o after_o the_o testae_fw-la of_o every_o such_o process_n so_o always_o as_o in_o every_o degree_n they_o shall_v proceade_v in_o their_o session_n and_o court_n against_o the_o offender_n as_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o say_a court_n of_o memory_n or_o woman_n covert_n shall_v not_o incur_v any_o of_o the_o pain_n or_o forfeiture_n afore_o mention_v which_o shall_v grow_v by_o any_o return_n or_o default_n happen_v during_o such_o time_n of_o nonage_n imprisonment_n be_v beyond_o the_o sea_n or_o non_fw-la sane_fw-la memory_n and_o that_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o estatute_n the_o party_n greve_v may_v plead_v every_o such_o cause_n or_o matter_n in_o bar_n of_o and_o upon_o the_o distress_n or_o other_o process_n that_o shall_v be_v make_v for_o levy_v of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a pain_n or_o forfeiture_n and_o that_o if_o thoffendour_n against_o who_o any_o such_o write_v of_o excomunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la shall_v be_v award_v shall_v not_o in_o the_o same_o write_v of_o excomunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la have_v a_o sufficient_a and_o lawful_a addition_n accord_v to_o the_o form_n of_o the_o estatute_n of_o prime_n of_o henry_n the_o u_o in_o case_n of_o certain_a suit_n whereupon_o process_n of_o original_a matter_n of_o heresy_n or_o refuse_v to_o have_v he_o or_o their_o child_n baptize_v or_o to_o receive_v the_o holy_a communion_n as_o it_o be_v now_o common_o use_v to_o be_v receive_v in_o the_o church_n of_o england_n or_o to_o come_v to_o divine_a service_n now_o common_o use_v in_o the_o say_a church_n of_o england_n or_o error_n in_o matter_n of_o religion_n or_o doctrine_n now_o receive_v and_o allow_v in_o the_o say_a church_n of_o england_n incontinency_n usury_n simony_n perjury_n in_o the_o ecclesiastical_a court_n or_o idolatrye_a that_o then_o all_o and_o every_o pain_n and_o forfeiture_n limit_v against_o such_o person_n excommunicate_a by_o this_o estatute_n by_o reason_n of_o such_o write_v of_o excomunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la want_v sufficient_a addition_n or_o of_o such_o significant_fw-la want_v all_o the_o cause_n afore_o mention_v shall_v be_v utter_o void_a in_o law_n and_o by_o way_n of_o plea_n to_o be_v allow_v to_o the_o party_n grieve_v and_o if_o the_o addition_n shall_v be_v with_o a_o nuper_fw-la of_o the_o place_n then_o in_o every_o such_o case_n at_o the_o award_v of_o the_o first_o capias_fw-la with_o proclamation_n according_a to_o the_o form_n afore_o mention_v one_o write_v of_o proclamation_n without_o any_o pain_n express_v shall_v be_v award_v into_o the_o county_n where_o the_o offendor_n shall_v be_v most_o common_o resyant_a at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o award_v of_o the_o say_v first_o capias_fw-la with_o pain_n in_o the_o same_o write_v of_o proclamation_n to_o be_v retournable_a the_o day_n of_o the_o return_n of_o the_o say_v first_o capias_fw-la with_o pain_n and_o proclamation_n thereupon_o at_o some_o one_o such_o time_n and_o court_n as_o be_v prescribe_v for_o the_o proclamation_n
