for_o payment_n of_o debt_n cclxix_o the_o say_a solicitor_n shall_v attend_v the_o warehouse_n to_o take_v notice_n of_o all_o the_o ware_n which_o shall_v be_v entrust_v to_o any_o man_n by_o this_o company_n and_o shall_v make_v the_o bill_n of_o debt_n and_o procure_v they_o to_o be_v sign_v and_o seal_v by_o the_o principal_a debtor_n and_o their_o surety_n which_o bill_n so_o sign_v and_o seal_v he_o shall_v deliver_v up_o to_o the_o custody_n of_o the_o treasurer_n for_o this_o company_n cclxx._n he_o shall_v likewise_o solicit_v all_o the_o company_n debtor_n to_o bring_v in_o their_o money_n to_o the_o treasurer_n at_o the_o due_a time_n and_o if_o he_o find_v any_o man_n negligent_a or_o careless_a to_o discharge_v his_o debt_n he_o shall_v acquaint_v the_o court_n of_o and_o endeavour_n in_o matter_n of_o that_o kind_n wages_n cclxxiii_o the_o wage_n or_o allowance_n unto_o the_o precedent_n general_n captain_n commander_n factor_n and_o all_o other_o officer_n in_o shall_v be_v allowance_n also_o of_o two_o month_n wage_n upon_o account_n of_o every_o year_n service_n unto_o the_o wife_n of_o all_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v employ_v in_o the_o company_n ship_n to_o the_o east_n indies_n cclxxvi_o all_o the_o factor_n for_o the_o company_n in_o the_o east_n indies_n shall_v have_v one_o three_o part_n of_o their_o wage_n allow_v they_o there_o yearly_a if_o they_o require_v it_o for_o maintenance_n of_o apparel_n and_o the_o like_a after_o the_o rate_n of_o five_o shilling_n sterling_a for_o every_o ryall_n of_o eight_o but_o the_o other_o
