present_a act_n but_o that_o their_o land_n and_o possession_n be_v preserve_v and_o keep_v indemnify_v any_o thing_n herein_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v lawful_a to_o or_o for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n concern_v in_o any_o covenant_n or_o agreement_n touch_v the_o say_v
