by_o they_o all_o the_o winter_n to_o wear_v in_o spring_n for_o that_o then_o new_a mode_n and_o fashion_n will_v come_v in_o and_o there_o can_v be_v allow_v less_o one_o with_o another_o than_o three_o or_o four_o month_n for_o they_o to_o wear_v out_o a_o silk_n garment_n so_o that_o take_v the_o five_o month_n in_o the_o year_n wherein_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v wear_v at_o all_o and_o the_o three_o or_o four_o month_n before_o which_o must_v be_v allow_v for_o the_o wear_n of_o those_o they_o have_v already_o buy_v there_o will_v not_o remain_v above_o three_o or_o four_o month_n at_o most_o for_o the_o manufacturer_n to_o sell_v their_o silk_n and_o stuff_n which_o amount_v to_o little_o less_o than_o a_o total_a prohibition_n for_o this_o reason_n for_o that_o the_o merchant_n either_o can_v or_o at_o least_o will_v not_o give_v credit_n to_o the_o weaver_n or_o throwster_n the_o year_n round_o and_o if_o they_o shall_v yet_o be_v there_o not_o one_o weaver_n or_o throwster_n in_o a_o thousand_o that_o be_v able_a to_o supply_v their_o workman_n and_o windster_n with_o money_n so_o long_a time_n without_o return_v of_o money_n for_o their_o commodity_n of_o wool_n and_o impoverish_v the_o manufacturer_n thereof_o and_o consequent_o cause_v yet_o a_o great_a depopulation_n of_o the_o nation_n because_o the_o great_a part_n of_o our_o clothes_n and_o stuff_n make_v here_o of_o english_a wool_n be_v transport_v beyond_o the_o sea_n and_o chief_o to_o turkey_n in_o exchange_n whereof_o the_o merchant_n bring_v raw_a silk_n and_o mohair_n yarn_n barratines_n glassamine_v katherina_n tameene_n estameene_n effegenes_n and_o all_o or_o most_o of_o norwich_n stuff_v with_o great_a number_n of_o other_o stuff_n too_o many_o to_o be_v here_o insert_v have_v but_o one_o part_n of_o silk_n in_o they_o and_o nine_o part_n of_o worsted_n which_o be_v our_o english_a sheep_n wool_n which_o through_o the_o ingenuity_n of_o the_o weaver_n and_o in_o england_n but_o throughout_o europe_n and_o be_v it_o not_o but_o that_o by_o the_o unanimous_a vote_n of_o this_o present_a protestant_a parliament_n wherein_o to_o the_o cheer_v of_o english_a
