other_o trade_n exercise_v about_o manufacture_n though_o he_o be_v never_o bind_v apprentice_n to_o the_o same_o time_n apprentice_n to_o enjoy_v all_o immunity_n as_o it_o they_o have_v serve_v their_o time_n in_o manner_n follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v such_o of_o they_o as_o have_v be_v apprentice_n as_o aforesaid_a may_v set_v up_o and_o exercise_v such_o several_a and_o respective_a trade_n whereunto_o he_o or_o they_o have_v be_v so_o bind_v apprentice_n as_o full_o as_o if_o they_o have_v serve_v out_o their_o
respective_a term_n or_o time_n for_o which_o they_o have_v be_v bind_v and_o shall_v have_v and_o enjoy_v the_o same_o immunity_n as_o they_o shall_v have_v have_v and_o enjoy_v if_o they_o have_v serve_v out_o their_o say_a term_n or_o time_n and_o all_o other_o of_o the_o say_a officer_n and_o soldier_n may_v set_v up_o and_o exercise_v such_o trade_n as_o they_o be_v apt_a and_o able_a for_o to_o ship_n or_o lade_v in_o scotland_n all_o sort_n of_o victual_n of_o the_o growth_n or_o production_n of_o scotland_n and_o to_o ship_n or_o lade_v in_o ireland_n all_o sort_n of_o victual_n of_o hour_n after_o such_o importation_n his_o and_o their_o name_n and_o surname_n and_o a_o true_a inventory_n and_o particular_a of_o all_o such_o good_n or_o commodity_n and_o no_o ship_n or_o vessel_n come_v to_o any_o such_o land_n island_n plantation_n colony_n territory_n or_o place_n shall_v lade_v or_o unlade_v any_o good_n or_o commodity_n whatsoever_o until_o the_o master_n or_o commander_n sugar_n tobacco_n ginger_n cotton-wool_n indigo_n speckle-wood_n or_o jamaica_n wood_n fustick_a or_o other_o die_a wood_n of_o the_o growth_n of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a land_n island_n colonies_n plantation_n territory_n or_o place_n to_o be_v carry_v into_o any_o other_o country_n or_o place_n whatsoever_o until_o they_o have_v be_v first_o unlade_v bona_fw-la fide_fw-la and_o put_v on_o shore_n in_o some_o port_n or_o haven_n in_o england_n or_o wales_n or_o in_o the_o town_n of_o berwick_n that_o every_o such_o officer_n for_o such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v his_o place_n and_o the_o value_n of_o such_o of_o the_o say_a good_n as_o he_o shall_v give_v warrant_n for_o or_o suffer_v to_o pass_v into_o any_o other_o country_n or_o place_n the_o one_o moiety_n to_o his_o of_o any_o port_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n or_o out_o of_o the_o town_n of_o berwick_n sea-coal_n sea-coal_n to_o ship_n and_o lade_v sea-coal_n for_o any_o part_n of_o they_o pay_v for_o the_o chalder_n newcastle_n measure_n one_o shilling_n eight_o penny_n and_o for_o the_o chalder_n london-measure_n one_o shilling_n and_o no_o more_o in_o full_a of_o all_o custom_n and_o poundage_n for_o money_n or_o bullion_n and_o that_o it_o be_v find_v by_o experience_n that_o they_o be_v carry_v in_o great_a abundance_n as_o to_o a_o common_a market_n to_o such_o place_n as_o give_v free_a liberty_n for_o export_v the_o same_o and_o the_o better_a to_o keep_v in_o and_o increase_v the_o current_a coin_n of_o this_o kingdom_n be_v it_o enact_v and_o it_o be_v hereby_o enact_v that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o august_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o and_o three_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n day_n of_o july_n and_o before_o the_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n in_o any_o year_n and_o for_o every_o head_n of_o great_a cattle_n of_o the_o breed_v of_o scotland_n that_o shall_v be_v import_v or_o bring_v into_o england_n wales_n or_o the_o town_n of_o berwick_n after_o the_o four_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o august_n and_o before_o the_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n in_o any_o year_n there_o shall_v be_v pay_v to_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o shilling_n and_o the_o sum_n of_o ten_o shilling_n to_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v sixty_o one_o shall_v be_v import_v into_o any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a place_n in_o any_o other_o than_o such_o ship_n and_o so_o navigate_v and_o all_o currant_n and_o turkey_n commodity_n which_o from_o and_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o september_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o one_o shall_v be_v import_v into_o any_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a in_o any_o other_o then_o english_a build_v ship_v and_o navigate_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v deem_v alien_n good_n and_o pay_v according_o to_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o to_o the_o town_n or_o port_n into_o which_o they_o shall_v be_v import_v and_o for_o prevention_n of_o all_o fraud_n which_o may_v be_v use_v in_o colour_v or_o buy_v of_o foreign_a ship_n ship_n how_o to_o prevent_v fraud_n in_o colour_v and_o buy_v foreign_a ship_n be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a and_o it_o be_v hereby_o enact_v that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o april_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o one_o no_o foreign_a build_v ship_n or_o vessel_n whatsoever_o shall_v be_v deem_v or_o pass_v as_o a_o ship_n to_o england_n ireland_n wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n or_o any_o of_o they_o belong_v or_o enjoy_v the_o benefit_n or_o privilege_n of_o such_o a_o ship_n or_o vessel_n until_o such_o time_n that_o he_o or_o they_o claim_v the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n to_o be_v they_o shall_v make_v appear_v to_o the_o chief_a officer_n or_o officer_n of_o the_o custom_n in_o the_o port_n next_o to_o the_o place_n of_o he_o or_o their_o abode_n that_o he_o or_o they_o be_v not_o alien_n and_o shall_v have_v take_v a_o oath_n before_o such_o chief_a officer_n or_o officer_n who_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o administer_v the_o same_o that_o such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n be_v bona_fw-la fide_fw-la and_o without_o fraud_n by_o he_o or_o they_o buy_v for_o a_o valuable_a consideration_n express_v the_o sum_n as_o also_o the_o time_n place_n and_o person_n from_o who_o it_o be_v buy_v and_o who_o be_v his_o part_n owner_n if_o he_o have_v any_o all_o which_o part-owner_n shall_v be_v liable_a to_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n before_o the_o chief_a officer_n or_o officer_n of_o the_o custom-house_n of_o the_o port_n next_o to_o the_o place_n of_o their_o abode_n and_o that_o no_o foreigner_n direct_o or_o indirect_o have_v any_o part_n interest_n or_o share_v therein_o and_o that_o upon_o such_o oath_n he_o or_o they_o shall_v receive_v a_o certificate_n under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o the_o say_v chief_a officer_n or_o officer_n of_o the_o port_n where_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o make_v oath_n do_v reside_v whereby_o such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n may_v for_o the_o future_a pass_n and_o be_v deem_v as_o a_o ship_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a port_n and_o enjoy_v the_o privilege_n of_o such_o a_o ship_n or_o vessel_n and_o the_o say_a officer_n or_o officer_n shall_v keep_v a_o register_n of_o all_o such_o certificate_n as_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v so_o give_v and_o return_v a_o duplicate_v thereof_o to_o the_o chief_a officer_n of_o the_o custom_n at_o london_n for_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v grant_v in_o england_n wales_n and_o berwick_n and_o to_o the_o chief_a officer_n of_o the_o custom_n at_o dublin_n for_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v give_v in_o ireland_n together_o with_o the_o name_n of_o the_o person_n or_o person_n from_o who_o such_o ship_n be_v buy_v and_o the_o sum_n of_o money_n which_o be_v pay_v for_o she_o as_o also_o the_o name_n of_o all_o such_o person_n who_o be_v part-owner_n of_o she_o if_o any_o such_o be_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a etc._n officer_n of_o the_o custom_n not_o to_o allow_v any_o privilege_n to_o any_o foreign_a build_v ship_n until_o certificate_n or_o proof_n etc._n
