restrain_v their_o exportation_n 3._o in_o case_n of_o plague_n from_o particular_a place_n to_o import_v but_o then_o these_o prohibition_n be_v general_a and_o their_o particular_a reason_n and_o ground_n be_v apparent_a but_o if_o under_o any_o pretence_n any_o sole_a trade_n to_o some_o one_o person_n body-politick_a or_o natural_a be_v grant_v exclude_v all_o other_o that_o grant_v be_v i_o conceive_v in_o deceit_n of_o the_o king_n and_o to_o the_o prejudice_n of_o his_o subject_n and_o void_a never_o any_o such_o grant_n have_v hitherto_o have_v any_o judicial_a allowance_n but_o so_o far_o from_o that_o that_o as_o far_o as_o i_o can_v observe_v no_o opinion_n have_v be_v till_o within_o 4_o or_o 5_o year_n that_o such_o grant_n be_v good_a to_o exclude_v other_o nor_o any_o action_n or_o suit_n ever_o adventure_v before_o now_o to_o be_v bring_v upon_o any_o such_o ground_n but_o if_o the_o law_n shall_v be_v so_o and_o that_o the_o defendant_n ought_v not_o to_o have_v trade_v there_o without_o licence_n then_o he_o may_v be_v punishable_a at_o the_o king_n suit_n by_o fine_a and_o imprisonment_n but_o that_o you_o shall_v maintain_v a_o action_n against_o he_o what_o cause_n of_o action_n or_o what_o damage_n or_o loss_n to_o you_o have_v you_o lay_v in_o your_o declaration_n you_o say_v in_o your_o declaration_n that_o the_o defendant_n sands_n not_o be_v a_o member_n of_o the_o company_n nor_o son_n servant_z factor_n apprentice_n or_o assignee_n of_o the_o company_n trade_v and_o merchandize_v in_o the_o east-indies_n within_o the_o place_n grant_v
