for_o a_o convention_n that_o be_v no_o parliament_n in_o some_o extraordinary_a case_n to_o meddle_v in_o these_o high_a matter_n none_o i_o think_v can_v question_v namely_o if_o we_o can_v suppose_v the_o royal_a family_n extinct_a at_o least_o so_o far_o as_o there_o be_v no_o heir_n appear_v to_o claim_v and_o take_v the_o government_n upon_o the_o demise_n of_o the_o king._n be_v there_o not_o a_o plain_a necessity_n now_o to_o preserve_v all_o from_o confusion_n for_o the_o great_a man_n etc._n etc._n to_o meet_v and_o to_o consider_v where_o to_o place_v the_o government_n according_a to_o right_n or_o merit_v 6._o again_o we_o may_v suppose_v two_o or_o more_o rival_n for_o the_o crown_n case_n upon_o the_o king_n death_n when_o there_o can_v be_v no_o parliament_n that_o if_o in_o be_v before_o die_v with_o the_o king_n shall_v not_o the_o great_a man_n meet_v and_o prevent_v the_o ruin_n of_o the_o kingdom_n by_o civil_a war_n by_o acknowledge_v and_o assist_v the_o right_a heir_n as_o they_o be_v bind_v by_o their_o natural_a allegiance_n yea_o i_o may_v add_v if_o a_o pretender_n exclude_v by_o the_o limitation_n of_o the_o law_n shall_v by_o violence_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o government_n but_o have_v be_v the_o declare_a sense_n of_o the_o kingdom_n i._n e._n of_o king_n &_o parliament_n upon_o all_o occasion_n and_o never_o deny_v and_o if_o those_o limitation_n be_v necessary_a for_o the_o preservation_n of_o the_o whole_a and_o our_o very_a constitution_n as_o they_o may_v be_v or_o be_v clear_o express_v in_o a_o
