the_o very_a day_n of_o this_o present_a treaty_n that_o those_o who_o have_v be_v invest_v with_o they_o shall_v remain_v in_o the_o peaceable_a possession_n and_o enjoyment_n thereof_o without_o the_o least_o disturbance_n or_o trouble_v from_o the_o say_a duke_n or_o be_v dispossessed_a of_o the_o same_o and_o that_o his_o majesty_n shall_v continue_v to_o have_v the_o disposition_n of_o the_o benefice_n of_o the_o city_n of_o nancy_n as_o long_o as_o the_o say_a city_n remain_v for_o a_o pledge_n in_o his_o hand_n without_o change_v the_o settlement_n of_o the_o say_a benefice_n and_o as_o for_o the_o office_n of_o the_o criminal_a justice_n that_o be_v in_o the_o say_a city_n of_o nancy_n they_o shall_v also_o remain_v in_o his_o majesty_n gift_n to_o the_o end_n that_o such_o as_o be_v invest_v with_o the_o same_o may_v perform_v the_o function_n thereof_o independent_o within_o the_o say_a city_n and_o the_o liberty_n thereof_o his_o majesty_n give_v his_o consent_n to_o the_o say_a duke_n to_o transferr_v the_o bayliwick_n of_o nancy_n into_o such_o a_o place_n as_o he_o shall_v think_v fit_a there_o to_o decide_v all_o the_o difference_n which_o be_v former_o judge_v in_o the_o say_a court_n of_o justice_n of_o nancy_n except_v only_o such_o as_o be_v above_o specify_v it_o be_v also_o agree_v that_o the_o say_a duke_n shall_v not_o be_v allow_v to_o send_v any_o person_n into_o nancy_n there_o to_o reside_v in_o his_o name_n unless_o it_o be_v to_o receive_v the_o duty_n of_o his_o demesne_n for_o which_o he_o shall_v be_v oblige_v to_o
