we_o find_v those_o member_n in_o arm_n against_o we_o and_o subdue_v and_o take_v they_o whether_o have_v they_o not_o then_o be_v in_o the_o condition_n of_o prisoner_n of_o war_n and_o if_o so_o then_o have_v put_v arm_n into_o the_o hand_n of_o other_o against_o we_o and_o still_o maintain_v it_o whether_o can_v they_o in_o strict_a justice_n challenge_v any_o better_a condition_n from_o we_o but_o that_o contrariwise_o we_o shall_v suffer_v either_o that_o those_o who_o by_o the_o course_n of_o war_n which_o they_o have_v choose_v to_o engage_v in_o against_o we_o we_o may_v just_o kingdom_n and_o in_o such_o case_n the_o safety_n of_o the_o people_n be_v the_o supreme_a law_n we_o do_v protest_v and_o declare_v that_o if_o any_o of_o those_o member_n who_o during_o the_o absence_n of_o the_o speaker_n and_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o member_n of_o both_o house_n force_v away_o by_o the_o tumultuous_a violence_n aforesaid_a do_v sit_v and_o vote_n in_o the_o pretend_a house_n then_o continue_v at_o westminster_n that_o hereafter_o intrude_v themselves_o to_o sit_v in_o parliament_n before_o they_o shall_v have_v give_v satisfaction_n to_o the_o respective_a house_n whereof_o they_o be_v concerning_o the_o ground_n of_o their_o say_a sit_v at_o westminster_n during_o the_o absence_n of_o the_o say_a speaker_n and_o shall_v have_v acquit_v themselves_o by_o
