to_o know_v whether_o the_o officer_n have_v long_o understand_v the_o common_a grievance_n before_o will_v effectual_o fall_v upon_o some_o petition_n in_o their_o behalf_n and_o to_o let_v they_o know_v that_o otherwise_o they_o must_v speedy_o fall_v upon_o something_o by_o themselves_o to_o make_v know_v their_o grievance_n and_o desire_n while_o they_o have_v time_n hereupon_o to_o prevent_v the_o soldier_n act_v of_o themselves_o in_o any_o irregular_a way_n or_o intermeddle_v with_o any_o thing_n which_o may_v breed_v offence_n or_o inconvenience_n find_v there_o have_v be_v thus_o give_v some_o vent_n to_o their_o just_a grievance_n and_o desire_n in_o those_o thing_n which_o general_o concern_v the_o soldiery_n such_o spirit_n may_v upon_o the_o soldier_n general_a discontent_n therein_o and_o the_o officer_n decline_v they_o have_v a_o great_a advantage_n to_o engage_v the_o soldier_n by_o those_o thing_n in_o a_o implication_n of_o other_o matter_n and_o we_o know_v no_o better_a way_n to_o prevent_v such_o discontent_n from_o be_v blow_v up_o into_o any_o mutinous_a distemper_n as_o by_o give_v timely_a vent_n to_o their_o common_a and_o just_a desire_n
