forth_o to_o a_o duel_n or_o private_a fight_n he_o shall_v be_v punish_v for_o it_o by_o the_o sentence_n of_o a_o court-martial_a forasmuch_o as_o all_o officer_n of_o what_o condition_n soever_o shall_v have_v power_n to_o part_n and_o quell_v all_o quarrel_n fray_n and_o sudden_a disorder_n between_o soldier_n and_o officer_n though_o of_o another_o company_n troop_n or_o regiment_n &_o to_o commit_v the_o disorder_a person_n to_o prison_n until_o their_o proper_a officer_n be_v acquaint_v therewith_o and_o whoever_o shall_v resist_v such_o a_o officer_n though_o of_o another_o company_n
