real_o in_o your_o hand_n or_o reach_n so_o as_o their_o exception_n from_o pardon_n may_v not_o be_v a_o mockery_n of_o justice_n in_o the_o face_n of_o god_n and_o man_n 4._o that_o exemplary_a justice_n be_v do_v in_o capital_a punishment_n upon_o the_o principal_a author_n and_o some_o prime_a instrument_n of_o our_o late_a war_n and_o thereby_o the_o blood_n thereof_o expiate_v and_o other_o deter_v from_o future_a attempt_n of_o the_o like_a in_o either_o capacity_n the_o rest_n of_o the_o delinquent_n english_a in_o relation_n to_o the_o war_n may_v upon_o their_o submission_n and_o render_v themselves_o to_o justice_n have_v mercy_n extend_v to_o they_o for_o their_o life_n and_o that_o only_a fine_n may_v be_v set_v upon_o they_o with_o reasonable_a moderation_n but_o with_o respect_n to_o public_a damage_n and_o their_o person_n further_o censure_v and_o declare_v to_o be_v incapable_a of_o any_o office_n or_o place_n of_o power_n or_o public_a trust_n in_o the_o kingdom_n or_o of_o have_v any_o voice_n in_o election_n thereto_o at_o least_o for_o a_o competent_a number_n of_o year_n that_o also_o a_o short_a and_o peremptory_a day_n may_v be_v set_v by_o which_o time_n all_o such_o delinquent_n may_v have_v final_a warning_n to_o come_v in_o and_o render_v themselves_o to_o justice_n and_o to_o tender_v their_o submission_n to_o such_o fine_n and_o cesure_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o such_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v so_o do_v by_o the_o day_n assign_v and_o shall_v withal_o pay_v in_o or_o secure_a their_o fine_a according_a to_o reasonable_a time_n give_v may_v have_v their_o sequestration_n take_v off_o and_o be_v restore_v to_o their_o estate_n and_o that_o to_o all_o such_o as_o also_o to_o all_o those_o that_o have_v already_o who_o have_v mercy_n tender_v to_o they_o for_o life_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v not_o by_o the_o day_n to_o be_v set_v come_v in_o and_o render_v themselves_o submit_v and_o pay_v or_o secure_v their_o fine_n as_o aforesaid_a that_o it_o be_v declare_v their_o estate_n shall_v from_o that_o day_n be_v absolute_o confiscate_v and_o sell_v or_o dispose_v of_o whole_o to_o the_o public_a use_n and_o their_o person_n to_o stand_v perpetual_o exile_v as_o enemy_n and_o traitor_n and_o to_o die_v without_o mercy_n if_o ever_o after_o find_v and_o take_v within_o the_o kingdom_n or_o the_o
