to_o the_o other_o which_o if_o they_o do_v they_o shall_v be_v punish_v and_o moreover_o be_v liable_a to_o satisfy_v all_o cost_v and_o damage_n by_o restitution_n and_o reparation_n upon_o pain_n and_o obligation_n of_o person_n and_o good_n x._o for_o this_o cause_n all_o the_o commander_n of_o private_a man_n of_o war_n shall_v from_o henceforth_o be_v oblige_v before_o they_o receive_v their_o commission_n security_n privateer_n to_o give_v security_n to_o enter_v before_o a_o competent_a judge_n good_a and_o sufficient_a security_n by_o able_a and_o responsible_a man_n who_o have_v no_o part_n or_o interest_n in_o such_o ship_n in_o the_o sum_n of_o fifteen_o hundred_o pound_n sterling_a or_o sixteen_o thousand_o five_o hundred_o livre_n and_o when_o they_o have_v above_o one_o hundred_o and_o fifty_o man_n then_o in_o the_o sum_n of_o three_o thousand_o pound_n sterling_a or_o three_o and_o thirty_o thousand_o livre_n that_o they_o will_v give_v full_a satisfaction_n for_o any_o damage_n or_o injury_n whatsoever_o which_o they_o or_o their_o officer_n or_o other_o in_o their_o service_n shall_v commit_v in_o their_o course_n at_o sea_n contrary_a to_o this_o present_a treaty_n or_o any_o other_o whatsoever_o between_o his_o majesty_n of_o great_a britain_n and_o the_o say_v most_o christian_n king_n and_o upon_o the_o pain_n of_o revocation_n and_o anull_v their_o say_a commission_n in_o which_o it_o shall_v be_v always_o insert_v that_o they_o have_v give_v such_o security_n as_o abovesaid_a and_o likewise_o it_o be_v agree_v that_o the_o ship_n itself_o shall_v be_v also_o liable_a to_o make_v satisfaction_n for_o injury_n and_o damage_n do_v by_o she_o xi_o his_o majesty_n of_o great_a britain_n and_o the_o say_v most_o christian_n king_n be_v desirous_a that_o the_o subject_n of_o each_o other_o may_v be_v mutual_o treat_v in_o all_o country_n under_o their_o obedience_n respective_o with_o the_o like_a kindness_n as_o their_o own_o subject_n will_v give_v all_o necessary_a and_o effectual_a order_n administer_v in_o case_n of_o prize_n justice_n to_o be_v administer_v that_o judgement_n upon_o ship_n and_o merchandise_n take_v at_o sea_n be_v give_v according_a to_o the_o
