many_o time_n exceed_v afraid_a of_o the_o dreadful_a power_n of_o satan_n as_o if_o he_o may_v command_v you_o and_o force_v you_o to_o such_o sinful_a thought_n and_o sinful_a act_n which_o make_v your_o heart_n
which_o i_o will_v make_v from_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o happiness_n of_o be_v the_o people_n of_o god_n in_o covenant_n and_o of_o enjoy_v god_n to_o be_v our_o god_n in_o covenant_n and_o that_o use_v shall_v be_v a_o use_n of_o exhortation_n even_o unto_o they_o who_o be_v not_o as_o yet_o covenant-relation_n exhortation_n to_o they_o that_o be_v not_o in_o covenant_n with_o god_n to_o get_v into_o a_o covenant-relation_n the_o people_n of_o god_n in_o covenant_n that_o they_o will_v not_o content_v themselves_o in_o that_o estate_n to_o be_v foreigner_n and_o stranger_n and_o upon_o it_o as_o their_o great_a loss_n to_o part_v with_o their_o sinful_a lust_n and_o they_o look_v upon_o it_o as_o their_o exceed_a prejudice_n and_o disgrace_n to_o be_v count_v the_o people_n of_o god_n and_o they_o look_v upon_o it_o as_o their_o heavy_a burden_n to_o be_v bring_v into_o the_o covenant_n and_o yield_v up_o themselves_o unto_o god_n alone_o for_o such_o a_o sort_n of_o ignorant_a and_o perverse_a people_n i_o will_v pray_v unto_o god_n that_o he_o they_o consideration_n to_o awaken_v they_o will_v open_v their_o eye_n and_o convince_v their_o heart_n and_o awaken_v they_o from_o the_o sleep_n of_o death_n and_o if_o they_o be_v capable_a of_o any_o faithful_a counsel_n and_o advice_n i_o will_v present_v a_o few_o serious_a consideration_n unto_o they_o which_o perhaps_o may_v persuade_v â—hâ—m_n to_o hearken_v and_o to_o desire_v to_o come_v into_o covenant_n with_o god_n 1._o you_o be_v never_o able_a to_o stand_v out_o and_o live_v under_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n there_o work_n you_o be_v not_o able_a to_o stand_v out_o and_o live_v under_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n be_v but_o two_o covenant_n which_o we_o must_v abide_v by_o in_o one_o of_o they_o all_o man_n of_o necessity_n must_v be_v find_v either_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n or_o in_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n these_o be_v like_o the_o two_o master_n of_o who_o christ_n do_v speak_v that_o one_o can_v serve_v they_o both_o either_o he_o will_v hate_v the_o one_o and_o love_n the_o other_o or_o else_o he_o will_v hold_v to_o the_o one_o and_o despise_v the_o other_o matth._n 6._o 24._o so_o no_o man_n can_v be_v under_o both_o these_o covenant_n at_o once_o if_o he_o refuse_v the_o one_o he_o choose_v the_o other_o and_o if_o he_o choose_v the_o one_o he_o refuse_v the_o other_o if_o you_o refuse_v to_o come_v into_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n of_o necessity_n you_o remain_v under_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n and_o than_o you_o be_v as_o sure_o lose_v and_o destroy_v as_o you_o now_o live_v for_o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n condemn_v and_o curse_v the_o sinner_n curse_a be_v every_o one_o whâ—_n continue_v nâ—t_v in_o every_o thing_n forsake_v our_o mercy_n and_o forfeit_a heaven_n assure_o we_o have_v sordid_a thought_n of_o god_n and_o of_o the_o happiness_n of_o enjoy_v god_n for_o our_o god_n and_o of_o all_o that_o god_n promise_v to_o give_v in_o that_o we_o refuse_v to_o be_v his_o people_n and_o have_v rather_o enjoy_v our_o filthy_a and_o damn_v lust_n hopeless_a their_o condition_n be_v unspeakable_o miserable_a helpless_a and_o hopeless_a 4._o your_o condition_n be_v and_o will_v be_v unspeakable_o miserable_a helpless_a and_o hopeless_a and_o this_o appear_v in_o four_o particular_n first_o you_o will_v utter_o deprive_v your_o soul_n of_o all_o hope_n and_o plea_n for_o mercy_n and_o glory_n second_o that_o you_o wilful_o do_v this_o though_o god_n treat_v with_o you_o in_o a_o way_n of_o mercy_n and_o grace_n for_o mercy_n and_o grace_n three_o that_o you_o now_o stand_v alone_o and_o must_v do_v so_o in_o your_o
of_o his_o grace_n and_o mercy_n unto_o his_o people_n now_o there_o be_v four_o thing_n which_o magnify_v god_n in_o these_o first_o his_o graciousnesse_n free_o to_o make_v we_o to_o be_v his_o people_n a_o second_o be_v his_o goodness_n in_o the_o plentiful_a blessing_n of_o his_o people_n and_o three_o his_o faithfulness_n that_o he_o will_v sure_o bless_v his_o people_n and_o fourthly_a his_o everlastingness_n that_o he_o will_v never_o forsake_v his_o people_n and_o never_o will_v turn_v away_o from_o do_v of_o they_o good_a why_o this_o exalt_v his_o mercy_n indeed_o that_o it_o and_o establish_v of_o it_o and_o on_o his_o power_n and_o intercession_n and_o presence_n and_o love_n and_o spirit_n and_o faithfulness_n but_o as_o to_o the_o opinion_n of_o these_o man_n which_o indeed_o be_v none_o other_o but_o that_o of_o the_o man_n to_o state_n the_o stability_n of_o the_o covenant_n upon_o the_o will_n of_o man_n pelagian_o and_o papist_n and_o arminian_o give_v i_o favour_n to_o speak_v a_o few_o word_n 1._o it_o be_v very_o improbable_a that_o god_n will_v make_v a_o new_a covenant_n with_o we_o and_o state_n the_o stability_n and_o everlastingness_n of_o it_o
