be_v a_o hide_v they_o and_o often_o a_o dig_v to_o hide_v they_o in_o the_o earth_n as_o now_o in_o these_o time_n of_o spoil_n and_o violence_n if_o a_o rich_a man_n hear_v that_o those_o spoiler_n be_v nigh_o he_o present_o hide_v his_o treasure_n now_o either_o as_o robber_n dig_v and_o search_v for_o treasure_n industrious_o hide_v or_o as_o miner_n dig_v and_o search_v for_o treasure_n natural_o hide_v so_o say_v job_n with_o such_o earnestness_n do_v these_o dig_v for_o death_n there_o be_v one_o thing_n here_o to_o be_v resolve_v by_o way_n of_o question_n before_o we_o come_v to_o the_o observation_n namely_o whether_o it_o be_v lawful_a to_o wish_v for_o or_o to_o desire_v death_n job_n here_o propose_v such_o as_o long_o for_o death_n be_v it_o lawful_a to_o desire_v the_o last_o enemy_n which_o shall_v be_v destroy_v be_v death_n death_n be_v a_o enemy_n therefore_o as_o death_n no_o man_n can_v desire_v it_o indeed_o many_o have_v desire_v death_n but_o still_o we_o find_v somewhat_o else_o at_o the_o bottom_n of_o that_o desire_n but_o what_o bottom_n or_o ground_n make_v the_o desire_n of_o death_n lawful_a i_o answer_v first_o it_o be_v a_o holy_a desire_n of_o death_n if_o we_o desire_v death_n to_o be_v free_a from_o sin_n when_o the_o soul_n say_v thus_o because_o i_o see_v only_o the_o end_n of_o live_v will_v be_v the_o end_n of_o sin_v therefore_o i_o long_o for_o death_n that_o i_o may_v sin_v no_o long_o second_o it_o be_v lawful_a to_o desire_v death_n that_o we_o may_v have_v more_o full_a communion_n with_o christ_n the_o lord_n of_o life_n i_o desire_v to_o be_v dissolve_v say_v paul_n but_o why_o not_o that_o he_o desire_v dissolution_n but_o that_o he_o may_v be_v with_o christ_n phil._n 1.23_o christ_n be_v life_n and_o christ_n be_v our_o life_n it_o be_v better_a to_o enjoy_v life_n then_o to_o live_v how_o much_o better_a than_o be_v
