submission_n to_o authority_n upon_o public_a occasion_n but_o now_o upon_o all_o these_o ground_n and_o reason_n before_o mention_v it_o will_v appear_v that_o polarchy_n must_v among_o other_o their_o defect_n of_o right_a government_n be_v faulty_a also_o in_o this_o matter_n of_o propriety_n first_o for_o that_o they_o in_o their_o separate_a and_o unwarrantable_a jurisdiction_n be_v not_o capable_a to_o unite_v and_o represent_v as_o from_o under_o god_n the_o whole_a and_o entire_a propriety_n of_o each_o country_n can_v thereupon_o be_v able_a to_o distribute_v and_o settle_v legal_a and_o rightful_a portion_n to_o each_o particular_a person_n and_o family_n but_o each_o separate_a person_n and_o family_n herein_o undertake_v to_o be_v possessor_n and_o sharer_n by_o
