towards_o man_n in_o wisdom_n justice_n and_o righteousness_n seek_v to_o maintain_v peace_n liberty_n freedom_n property_n in_o this_o unruly_a world_n and_o so_o tithe_n be_v a_o peculiar_a property_n which_o the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n have_v direct_v the_o magistrate_n to_o dispose_v of_o partly_o to_o the_o minister_n partly_o to_o other_o when_o the_o magistrate_n do_v this_o god_n do_v it_o which_o the_o envious_a one_o can_v see_v but_o cry_v out_o blasphemy_n and_o no_o wonder_n though_o you_o deny_v the_o lawfulness_n of_o this_o act_n of_o the_o magistrate_n who_o be_v
