marriage_n to_o the_o ward_n and_o if_o the_o ward_n refuse_v the_o offer_v or_o if_o the_o ward_n be_v ravyssh_v and_o of_o ward_n because_o of_o ward_n and_z of_o dispargemente_n of_o ward_n and_o disagremente_n after_o marriage_n and_z of_o waste_v do_v by_o the_o garden_n or_z his_o commytte_n or_o grant_n with_o mo_z artycle_n parteyn_v to_o the_o same_o i_o remytte_a all_o those_o poyntê_n to_o man_n of_o law_n that_o have_v knowledge_n &_o experience_n thereof_o for_o it_o touch_v not_o my_o matter_n that_o i_o treat_v of_o &_o if_o the_o tenant_n have_v issue_n female_n above_o the_o have_v both_o the_o land_n hold_v of_o he_o and_o the_o marriage_n till_o she_o come_v to_o the_o age_n of_o xiiii_o year_n and_o two_o year_n further_a to_o tend_v her_o marriage_n in_o if_z she_o be_v unmary_v and_o at_o the_o two_o year_n end_n she_o may_v entre_fw-fr in_o to_o her_o land_n and_o put_v out_o her_o garden_n and_o to_o marry_v herself_o at_o her_o pleasure_n but_o and_o she_o be_v marry_v before_o the_o age_n of_o xiiii_o year_n in_o the_o life_n of_o her_o auncestr_n and_o than_o her_o auncestr_n dye_v the_o lord_n shall_v have_v the_o ward_n of_o the_o land_n to_o the_o age_n of_o xiiii_o year_n and_o than_o her_o husband_n and_o she_o may_v entre_fw-fr and_o put_v out_o the_o lord_n and_o if_o the_o tenant_n hold_v of_o two_o lord_n by_o knight_n seruyce_n of_o one_o by_o priorite_n and_o of_o another_o by_o posteryorite_n and_o dye_v the_o lord_n that_o the_o tenant_n hold_v of_o by_o priorite_n shall_v have_v the_o ward_n of_o the_o body_n be_z it_o heir_n male_a or_o heir_n female_n though_o there_o be_v three_o or_o four_o doughter_n for_o all_o they_o be_v but_o one_o heir_n to_o the_o land_n that_o behold_v of_o he_o and_o the_o other_o lord_n of_o who_o the_o land_n be_v hold_v of_o by_o posteryorite_n shall_v have_v those_o land_n hold_v of_o himself_o and_o nothing_o else_o and_o if_o the_o tenant_n hold_v land_n of_o one_o lord_n by_o knight_n seruyce_n and_o also_o hold_v land_n of_o another_o lord_n by_o soccage_n and_o dye_v his_o heir_n be_v within_o age_n the_o lord_n of_o who_o the_o land_n be_v hold_v of_o by_o knight_n seruyce_n shall_v have_v the_o ward_n and_o marriage_n of_o the_o heir_n and_o the_o land_n hold_v of_o he_o but_z he_o shall_v not_o have_v the_o land_n hold_v in_o socage_n nor_o the_o lord_n of_o who_o they_o be_v hold_v of_o neither_o for_o those_o land_n hold_v in_o socage_n during_o the_o nonage_n shall_v go_v to_o the_o next_o of_o the_o blood_n to_o who_o the_o enherytaunce_n may_v not_o descend_v whereof_o he_o shall_v make_v account_n unto_o the_o heir_n when_o he_o come_v of_o full_a age_n etc._n etc._n and_o if_o the_o heir_n be_v of_o full_a age_n at_o the_o decesse_n of_o his_o auncestre_n he_o shall_v pay_v a_o relefe_v to_o every_o lord_n that_o he_o hold_v any_o land_n of_o if_o relefe_v be_v due_a to_o be_v pay_v by_o reason_n of_o his_o tenure_n but_o in_o case_n that_o a_o tenant_n hold_v dyvers_a manor_n of_o dyvers_a lord_n by_o knight_n seruyce_n and_o have_v but_o one_o parcel_n of_o land_n hold_v of_o the_o king_n in_o capite_fw-la the_o king_n shall_v have_v all_o the_o hole_n land_n hold_v of_o every_o lord_n during_o the_o nonage_n and_o the_o marriage_n of_o the_o heir_n if_o he_o be_v unmary_v and_o if_o the_o heir_n be_v under_o the_o age_n of_o xiiii_o year_n &_o will_n dysagre_a to_o the_o marriage_n than_o the_o king_n shall_v have_v the_o marriage_n of_o he_o or_o she_o or_o the_o value_n thereof_o and_o the_o king_n shall_v pay_v no_o chief_a rent_n during_o the_o nonage_n except_o it_o be_v find_v due_a to_o be_v pay_v in_o the_o offyce_v of_o therchetour_n and_o many_o other_o thing_n may_v fall_v to_o the_o lord_n as_o herryotte_n &_o other_o custom_n accord_v to_o their_o origynall_a dede_n and_o use_v of_o the_o manner_n and_o you_o shall_v understande_v that_o there_o be_v two_o manner_n of_o herryotte_n that_o be_v to_o wit_n herryot_n seruyce_n and_o herryot_n custom_n herryot_n seruyce_n be_v where_o a_o man_n have_v give_v land_n and_o tenemente_n to_o another_o
