nature_n any_o consideration_n precede_v to_o that_o of_o peace_n his_o majesty_n constant_a tenderness_n of_o the_o welfare_n of_o his_o subject_n have_v such_o a_o prevalence_n with_o he_o that_o he_o can_v forbear_v the_o vehement_a prosecution_n of_o a_o personal_a treaty_n which_o be_v only_o so_o much_o the_o more_o desire_a by_o his_o majesty_n as_o it_o be_v superior_a to_o all_o other_o mean_n of_o peace_n and_o true_o when_o his_o majesty_n consider_v the_o several_a complaint_n he_o daily_o hear_v from_o all_o part_n of_o this_o kingdom_n that_o trade_n be_v so_o decay_a all_o commodity_n so_o dear_a and_o tax_n so_o insupportable_a that_o even_o natural_a subsistence_n will_v sudden_o fail_v his_o majesty_n to_o perform_v the_o trust_v repose_v in_o he_o must_v use_v his_o uttermost_a endeavour_n for_o peace_n though_o he_o be_v to_o have_v no_o share_n in_o the_o benefit_n of_o it_o and_o have_v not_o his_o majesty_n do_v his_o part_n for_o it_o by_o divest_v himself_o of_o so_o much_o power_n and_o authority_n as_o by_o his_o last_o message_n he_o have_v promise_v to_o do_v upon_o the_o conclude_a of_o the_o whole_a peace_n and_o have_v he_o meet_v with_o that_o acknowledgement_n from_o his_o two_o house_n which_o this_o great_a grace_n and_o favour_n just_o deserve_v sure_o the_o blame_n of_o this_o great_a retard_v of_o peace_n must_v fall_v somewhere_o else_o than_o on_o his_o majesty_n to_o conclude_v if_o you_o will_v but_o consider_v in_o how_o little_a time_n this_o necessary_a good_a work_n will_v be_v do_v if_o you_o the_o two_o house_n will_v
