thereby_o as_o when_o one_o burn_v a_o other_o man_n house_n and_o this_o be_v reduce_v sometime_o to_o theft_n and_o sometime_o to_o roberie_n according_a as_o the_o harm_n be_v do_v secret_o or_o manifest_o four_o he_o that_o pay_v not_o that_o he_o be_v bow_v to_o pay_v sin_v against_o this_o commandment_n as_o much_o as_o if_o he_o shall_v steal_v in_o that_o he_o keep_v a_o other_o man_n good_n against_o the_o will_n of_o the_o owner_n five_o he_o sin_v against_o the_o same_o commandment_n and_o commit_v theft_n that_o find_v any_o thing_n that_o a_o other_o have_v lose_v and_o take_v find_v by_o the_o sea_n side_n six_o it_o be_v reduce_v to_o theft_n or_o to_o robbery_n when_o one_o appropriate_v to_o himself_o any_o thing_n which_o be_v common_a for_o he_o that_o do_v appropriate_a thing_n that_o be_v common_a deprive_v the_o community_n of_o such_o thing_n as_o belong_v to_o the_o whole_a body_n s_o i_o desire_v to_o know_v if_o theft_n be_v a_o great_a sin_n m_o all_o mortal_a sin_n may_v be_v call_v great_a for_o that_o they_o deprive_v a_o man_n of_o eternal_a life_n but_o theft_n have_v this_o property_n that_o it_o bring_v great_a evil_n with_o it_o for_o we_o see_v that_o judas_n by_o the_o custom_n he_o have_v to_o steal_v appropriate_v to_o himself_o that_o be_v give_v he_o for_o the_o common_a use_n of_o our_o lord_n and_o his_o holy_a apostle_n to_o save_v a_o other_o from_o some_o danger_n and_o this_o be_v call_v a_o officious_a lie_n three_o when_o one_o tell_v a_o lie_n without_o either_o harm_a or_o help_v any_o man_n and_o this_o be_v call_v a_o idle_a lie_n the_o first_o of_o all_o these_o three_o manner_n be_v proper_o forbid_v by_o this_o commandment_n because_o it_o be_v not_o only_o a_o false_a testimony_n but_o unjust_a also_o &_o a_o most_o grievous_a sin_n the_o other_o two_o manner_n albeit_o they_o contain_v not_o always_o justice_n and_o be_v not_o so_o grievous_a sin_n as_o the_o first_o yet_o they_o be_v show_v ourselves_o to_o dislike_v of_o all_o sect_n that_o be_v contrary_a to_o holy_a church_n s_o what_o be_v hope_n m_o hope_n be_v the_o second_o theological_a virtue_n so_o call_v because_o it_o be_v call_v the_o mistress_n of_o other_o virtue_n and_o be_v as_o salt_n to_o meat_n and_o as_o the_o sun_n in_o the_o world_n s_o which_o be_v the_o vice_n contrary_a to_o prudence_n m_o virtue_n consist_v in_o the_o midst_n and_o have_v always_o two_o contrary_a vice_n which_o be_v in_o the_o extreme_n one_o vice_n contrary_a to_o prudence_n be_v imprudence_n that_o be_v inconsideration_n and_o rashness_n and_o it_o be_v in_o those_o that_o do_v not_o consider_v what_o they_o have_v to_o do_v &_o so_o either_o they_o look_v not_o to_o the_o true_a end_n or_o they_o use_v not_o the_o true_a mean_n the_o other_o vice_n be_v subtlety_n or_o carnal_a policy_n and_o it_o be_v in_o those_o that_o with_o great_a diligence_n think_v of_o the_o end_n &_o of_o the_o mean_n but_o they_o direct_v all_o thing_n to_o their_o private_a commodity_n for_o the_o gain_n of_o some_o worldly_a benefit_n and_o therefore_o they_o endeavour_n subtle_o to_o deceive_v their_o neighbour_n to_o bring_v to_o pass_v their_o business_n to_o their_o own_o purpose_n but_o in_o the_o end_n it_o will_v appear_v that_o such_o be_v most_o impudent_a lose_v the_o most_o sovereign_a good_a for_o the_o love_n of_o thing_n of_o no_o impotence_n s_o what_o be_v justice_n and_o what_o be_v the_o office_n thereof_o m_o justice_n be_v a_o virtue_n which_o give_v every_o one_o that_o be_v his_o own_o and_o so_o the_o office_n thereof_o be_v to_o make_v thing_n just_a &_o to_o put_v equality_n in_o human_a contract_n which_o be_v the_o foundation_n of_o quietness_n &_o of_o peace_n for_o if_o
