then_o upon_o due_a proof_n conviction_n of_o such_o neglect_n and_o refusal_n by_o the_o oath_n of_o the_o constable_n or_o other_o officer_n or_o two_o other_o credible_a witness_n before_o the_o say_a justice_n or_o mayor_n or_o other_o chief_a officer_n of_o the_o city_n etc._n etc._n for_o the_o land_n carriages_n for_o the_o water-carriage_n by_o the_o oath_n of_o the_o person_n appoint_v by_o lord_n high_a admiral_n the_o principal_a commissioner_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o master_n or_o lieutenant_n of_o the_o ordnance_n or_o two_o credible_a witness_n before_o the_o officer_n and_o commissioner_n of_o his_o majesty_n navy_n or_o master_n or_o lieutenant_n of_o the_o ordnance_n shall_v for_o every_o refusal_n forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o 20_o s._n for_o the_o land_n carriage_n make_v or_o have_v make_v any_o disturbance_n fight_v or_o quarrel_v in_o the_o yard_n or_o office_n aforesaid_a on_o pay-day_n or_o on_o other_o occasion_n relate_v to_o the_o naval_a service_n as_o follow_v viz._n they_o or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o may_v punish_v any_o of_o the_o say_a offence_n by_o fine_a punishment_n punishment_n imprisonment_n or_o either_o of_o they_o the_o fine_a not_o
