these_o act_n there_o remain_v yet_o somewhat_o in_o force_n as_o you_o may_v see_v in_o the_o statute_n concern_v court_n by_o stat._n 1_o mary_n parl._n 2.10_o the_o queen_n may_v by_o her_o letter_n patent_n alter_v dissolve_v or_o reduce_v into_o one_o or_o more_o the_o court_n of_o augmentation_n first-fruit_n and_o ten_o ward_n surveyor_n and_o the_o duchy_n or_o may_v annex_v any_o of_o they_o together_o or_o unto_o any_o other_o court_n of_o record_n or_o erect_v of_o the_o same_o any_o other_o new_a court_n or_o court_n provide_v that_o nothing_o in_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n to_o be_v contain_v shall_v charge_v the_o subject_a otherwise_o than_o as_o he_o ought_v to_o have_v be_v charge_v before_o the_o second_o day_n of_o this_o parliament_n and_o that_o the_o tenure_n of_o his_o tenancy_n in_o ancient_n demesne_fw-la and_o therefore_o if_o the_o tenant_n levy_v a_o fine_a or_o suffer_v a_o recovery_n in_o the_o court_n of_o common_a plea_n etc._n etc._n whereby_o for_o a_o time_n the_o land_n be_v become_v frankfee_n the_o lord_n by_o a_o writ_n of_o deceit_n may_v not_o only_o restore_v himself_o to_o his_o true_a seigniority_n but_o utter_o avoid_v
