politic_a or_o corporate_a for_o the_o advance_v and_o lend_v of_o money_n from_o time_n to_o time_n for_o exchange_v the_o say_a bill_n we_o have_v therefore_o think_v fit_a by_o and_o with_o the_o advice_n of_o our_o privy_a council_n to_o issue_v this_o our_o royal_a proclamation_n and_o we_o do_v hereby_o publish_v and_o make_v know_v that_o the_o say_a commissioner_n of_o our_o treasury_n have_v by_o such_o agreement_n as_o aforesaid_a sufficient_o secure_v and_o make_v provision_n that_o all_o person_n who_o at_o the_o say_a receipt_n of_o exchequer_n or_o at_o any_o the_o say_v public_a office_n shall_v have_v any_o of_o the_o say_a bill_n for_o satisfaction_n of_o their_o tally_n or_o order_n of_o loan_n or_o for_o any_o other_o payment_n whatsoever_o may_v have_v such_o bill_n exchange_v for_o ready_a money_n and_o therefore_o we_o do_v by_o this_o our_o royal_a proclamation_n further_o publish_v and_o declare_v that_o from_o henceforth_o the_o say_a bill_n for_o the_o say_a sum_n not_o exceed_v fifteen_o hundred_o thousand_o pound_n authorize_v to_o be_v issue_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v pass_v and_o be_v current_a in_o all_o payment_n for_o our_o custom_n additional_a duty_n imposition_n excise_n and_o all_o other_o our_o revenue_n whatsoever_o and_o for_o all_o tax_n aid_n and_o supply_v any_o way_n grant_v or_o belong_v to_o we_o and_o in_o all_o
