the_o last_o session_n of_o parliament_n entitle_v a_o act_n to_o enforce_v the_o act_n for_o the_o increase_n and_o encouragement_n of_o seaman_n to_o the_o end_n therefore_o that_o all_o seaman_n and_o other_o person_n concern_v in_o the_o say_a act_n may_v be_v inform_v of_o the_o matter_n therein_o contain_v we_o have_v think_v fit_a by_o the_o advice_n of_o his_o majesty_n privy_a council_n to_o issue_v this_o proclamation_n hereby_o give_v notice_n that_o in_o the_o say_a act_n it_o be_v among_o other_o thing_n enact_v that_o such_o register_v seaman_n who_o by_o age_n wound_n or_o other_o accident_n shall_v be_v disable_v for_o future_a service_n at_o sea_n and_o the_o widow_n and_o child_n of_o such_o seaman_n as_o by_o virtue_n of_o a_o act_n make_v at_o a_o session_n of_o parliament_n hold_v in_o the_o seven_o and_o eight_o year_n of_o his_o majesty_n reign_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o increase_n and_o encouragement_n of_o seaman_n may_v claim_v the_o relief_n of_o greenwich_n hospital_n shall_v for_o the_o avoid_n of_o all_o partiality_n and_o favour_n from_o time_n to_o time_n in_o succession_n one_o after_o another_o be_v admit_v into_o the_o say_a hospital_n in_o order_n and_o due_a course_n according_a to_o their_o number_n on_o the_o register_n book_n also_o for_o the_o ease_n of_o seaman_n desirous_a to_o be_v register_v they_o shall_v be_v
