trade_n subject_n transmit_v also_o a_o copy_n of_o the_o say_a proposal_n and_o paper_n desire_v the_o say_v company_n or_o some_o member_n by_o they_o depute_a to_o meet_v together_o to_o consider_v the_o say_v paper_n and_o report_v such_o rule_n and_o method_n for_o put_v the_o say_a prohibition_n in_o execution_n as_o they_o shall_v conceive_v most_o effectual_a for_o that_o end_n and_o to_o inform_v their_o lordship_n whether_o they_o be_v willing_a to_o take_v the_o care_n of_o see_v the_o law_n put_v in_o execution_n for_o prohibit_v the_o say_a exportation_n hereupon_o several_a member_n be_v depute_a by_o each_o of_o the_o say_a company_n of_o merchant_n to_o meet_v who_o at_o a_o conference_n together_o agree_v that_o the_o say_a prohibition_n can_v not_o be_v effect_v without_o raise_v a_o fund_z to_o defray_v the_o expense_n thereof_o and_o that_o it_o be_v not_o fit_a to_o put_v the_o king_n to_o the_o charge_n of_o it_o but_o rather_o that_o all_o the_o woollen_a artificer_n and_o trader_n shall_v contribute_v thereunto_o that_o so_o those_o person_n who_o feel_v the_o say_a grievance_n shall_v be_v instrumental_a and_o assist_v in_o the_o redress_v thereof_o the_o factor_n of_o blackwel-hall_n do_v also_o choose_v one_o or_o two_o person_n out_o of_o each_o hall_n to_o attend_v the_o committee_n of_o the_o say_a company_n of_o merchant_n who_o
