by_o reason_n of_o any_o time_n year_n or_o day_n name_n blodshed_n or_o war_n to_o the_o intent_n thereby_o to_o make_v any_o rebellion_n insurrection_n dissension_n loss_n of_o life_n or_o other_o disturbance_n within_o this_o ream_n and_o other_o the_o queen_n dominion_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n be_v thereof_o lawfullye_o convict_v accord_v to_o the_o due_a course_n of_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n for_o every_o such_o offence_n shall_v suffer_v imprisonment_n of_o his_o body_n by_o the_o space_n of_o one_o year_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n and_o shall_v of_o repeal_n make_v in_o the_o first_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o the_o late_a king_n edward_n the_o sixth_o since_o the_o repeal_n whereof_o many_o fantastical_a and_o divelishe_a person_n have_v devise_v and_o practise_v invocation_n and_o conjuration_n of_o evil_a and_o wicked_a spirit_n and_o have_v use_v &_o practise_a witchcraft_n enchauntmente_n charm_n and_o sorcery_n to_o the_o destruction_n of_o the_o person_n and_o good_n of_o their_o niegbour_n and_o other_o subject_n of_o this_o realm_n &_o for_o other_o lewd_a intent_n and_o purpose_n contrary_a to_o the_o law_n of_o almighty_a god_n to_o the_o peril_n of_o their_o own_o soul_n and_o to_o the_o great_a infamy_n and_o disquietness_n of_o this_o realm_n for_o reformation_n whereof_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o be_v dyke_v scour_v repair_v and_o keep_v low_o and_o all_o tree_n and_o bush_n grow_v in_o the_o high_a way_n cut_v down_o by_o the_o owner_n or_o owner_n of_o the_o ground_n or_o soil_n which_o shall_v be_v enclose_v with_o the_o say_a hay_n fence_n dike_n or_o hedge_n aforsaide_a whereby_o the_o say_a way_n may_v be_v open_a and_o the_o people_n have_v more_o ready_a and_o easy_a passage_n hencefourth_fw-mi there_o shall_v be_v yearly_o six_o day_n during_o the_o time_n and_o force_n of_o this_o estatute_n observe_v use_v and_o employ_v in_o reparation_n and_o amendment_n of_o the_o say_v high_a way_n in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o say_v four_o day_n be_v lymit_v and_o appoint_v to_o be_v observe_v and_o keep_v by_o the_o say_a estatute_n make_v in_o the_o say_v second_o and_o third_o year_n of_o king_n phillippe_n and_o queen_n mary_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o from_o hencefourth_fw-mi all_o and_o everye_o such_o superuisour_n or_o superuisour_n for_o the_o time_n be_v within_o one_o month_n next_o after_o default_n or_o offence_n make_v do_v or_o commit_v by_o any_o person_n or_o person_n contrary_a to_o the_o provision_n purporte_n and_o true_a mean_v of_o the_o say_a estatute_n make_v in_o the_o second_o and_o three_o year_n of_o king_n philippe_n and_o queen_n mary_n or_o contrary_a to_o the_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o default_n and_o offence_n in_o such_o fort_n not_o by_o they_o present_v xl.s_n and_o that_o every_o such_o justice_n of_o peace_n to_o who_o any_o such_o default_n or_o offence_n shall_v be_v present_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v certify_v the_o same_o presentment_n so_o to_o he_o make_v at_o the_o next_o general_a session_n within_o the_o say_a county_n than_o next_o after_o to_o be_v hold_v upon_o pain_n to_o forfayt_v for_o not_o certifyinge_v of_o every_o such_o presentment_n of_o every_o such_o default_n or_o offence_n as_o be_v contrary_a to_o the_o provision_n and_o intent_n of_o this_o statute_n or_o the_o say_a statute_n make_v in_o the_o second_o and_o three_o year_n of_o king_n phillippe_n and_o queen_n mary_n and_o that_o every_o such_o presentment_n make_v by_o any_o such_o justice_n of_o peace_n upon_o his_o own_o knowledge_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v be_v as_o good_a and_o of_o the_o same_o force_n
