to_o have_v or_o execute_v any_o jurisdiction_n power_n or_o authority_n spiritual_a or_o to_o visit_v reform_v order_n or_o correct_v any_o error_n heresy_n schism_n abuse_n or_o enormity_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_n have_v authority_n or_o power_n to_o order_n determine_v or_o adjudge_v any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o be_v heresy_n but_o only_o such_o as_o heretofore_o have_v be_v determine_v order_a or_o adjudge_v to_o be_v heresy_n by_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o canonical_a scripture_n or_o by_o the_o first_o four_o general_a counsel_n or_o more_o to_o testify_v and_o declare_v the_o say_a offence_n whereof_o he_o shall_v be_v indict_v or_o arraign_v and_o that_o the_o say_v witness_n or_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v live_n shall_v be_v next_o adjoin_v to_o the_o place_n where_o any_o such_o offence_n shall_v be_v first_o commit_v any_o jurisdiction_n authority_n or_o usage_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_a notwithstanding_o provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n nor_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v in_o any_o wise_n extend_v or_o be_v interpretate_v to_o make_v any_o corruption_n of_o blood_n of_o any_o such_o offendor_n or_o of_o any_o heir_n of_o any_o such_o offendor_n but_o that_o every_o heir_n and_o heir_n of_o every_o such_o offendor_n and_o offender_n in_o any_o of_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a &_o also_o the_o wife_n of_o every_o such_o offendor_n shall_v have_v after_o the_o death_n of_o every_o such_o offendor_n or_o offender_n like_o title_n interest_n benefit_n profit_n commodity_n action_n and_o advantage_n as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v have_v if_o any_o such_o offence_n conviction_n or_o attainder_n have_v not_o be_v have_v ne_o make_v save_v to_o all_o &_o every_o person_n and_o person_n body_n politic_a and_o corporate_a their_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o heir_n and_o successor_n of_o every_o of_o they_o other_o than_o all_o and_o every_o such_o offendor_n and_o offender_n which_o shall_v be_v convict_v or_o attaint_v by_o any_o such_o offence_n all_o such_o right_a title_n interest_n rent_n lease_n commons_n profit_n commodity_n advantage_n and_o hereditamente_n whatsoever_o they_o be_v as_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o might_n or_o aught_o to_o have_v have_v in_o or_o to_o any_o manor_n land_n tenement_n rent_n pention_n service_n hereditamente_n or_o other_o thing_n whatsoever_o or_o in_o or_o to_o any_o part_n or_o parcel_n thereof_o to_o all_o intentes_fw-la construction_n and_o purpose_n as_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v have_v have_v if_o such_o attainder_n have_v never_o be_v have_v ne_o make_v anthe_a in_o this_o act_n contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o be_v hurtful_a nor_o prejudicial_a to_o any_o captain_n of_o any_o ship_n in_o the_o time_n of_o war_n be_v in_o the_o retinue_n and_o service_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n or_o her_o heir_n or_o successor_n nor_o to_o any_o owner_n or_o master_n of_o any_o ship_n nor_o to_o enact_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n or_o the_o effect_n and_o substance_n thereof_o shall_v be_v open_o read_v publish_v or_o declare_v at_o every_o quarter_n session_n and_o at_o every_o let_v or_o lawday_n by_o the_o justice_n that_o shall_v geve_v the_o charge_n at_o the_o session_n and_o by_o the_o steward_n of_o the_o let_v or_o lawday_n in_o his_o charge_n when_o he_o person_n or_o person_n from_o &_o after_o the_o first_o day_n of_o june_n next_o come_n shall_v fish_n or_o take_v fish_n with_o any_o manner_n of_o net_n tramel_n keep_v wear_v hivie_a crele_n or_o by_o any_o other_o engine_n devise_n way_n or_o mean_n whatsoever_o in_o any_o river_n or_o other_o place_n above_o mention_v but_o only_o with_o net_n or_o tramel_n whereof_o every_o meshe_n or_o mask_n shall_v be_v two_o inch_n &_o a_o half_a broad_a angle_v except_v provide_v nevertheless_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o in_o all_o such_o place_n where_o smelte_v loche_n minney_n bulheade_n gudgeon_n or_o eye_n have_v be_v use_v to_o be_v take_v and_o kill_v that_o in_o all_o such_o place_n it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a only_a for_o thetake_v of_o smelte_v loche_n mineis_fw-la gudgeon_n and_o eye_n to_o use_v such_o net_n lepe_n &_o other_o engine_n device_n way_n and_o mean_n as_o heretofore_o have_v be_v use_v for_o the_o take_n of_o the_o same_o so_o aforesaid_a day_n limit_v in_o this_o present_a act_n offend_v in_o any_o of_o the_o point_n before_o rehearse_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n form_n and_o purpose_n of_o any_o part_n of_o the_o same_o that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v for_o every_o time_n of_o he_o or_o their_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o s._n â—_o the_o fish_n so_o take_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n hereof_o and_o also_o the_o unlawful_a net_n engine_n device_n and_o instrument_n whatsoever_o they_o be_v wherewith_o or_o whereby_o such_o offence_n shall_v fortune_n to_o be_v make_v commit_v or_o do_v and_o to_o intent_n that_o a_o perfect_a execution_n may_v be_v have_v of_o this_o present_a act_n be_v it_o further_o ordain_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o lord_n admiral_n of_o england_n and_o the_o mayor_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n for_o the_o time_n be_v and_o all_o and_o every_o other_o person_n and_o person_n body_n politic_a and_o corporate_a which_o by_o grant_n or_o other_o lawful_a way_n or_o mean_n lawful_o have_v or_o aught_o to_o have_v any_o conservation_n or_o preservation_n of_o any_o river_n stream_n or_o water_n or_o punishment_n and_o correction_n of_o offence_n commit_v in_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n to_o inquire_v of_o all_o the_o offence_n to_o be_v commit_v and_o do_v contrary_a to_o the_o effect_n and_o true_a meaning_n of_o this_o act_n within_o his_o or_o their_o such_o lawful_a rule_n government_n jurisdiction_n and_o conseruacie_n by_o the_o oath_n of_o xii_o man_n or_o more_o &_o to_o hear_v and_o determine_v all_o and_o every_o the_o same_o offence_n commit_v within_o his_o or_o their_o such_o jurisdiction_n conseruacie_n rule_n and_o government_n and_o that_o all_o such_o pain_n and_o forfeiture_n as_o shall_v rise_v or_o grow_v by_o the_o reason_n of_o any_o such_o conviction_n for_o any_o the_o offence_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v to_o the_o use_n of_o every_o of_o the_o say_a person_n and_o person_n be_v no_o body_n politic_a or_o corporate_a nor_o head_n of_o any_o body_n politic_a or_o corporate_a before_o who_o such_o conviction_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v be_v have_v and_o to_o the_o use_n of_o every_o such_o body_n politic_a and_o corporate_a as_o heretofore_o have_v lawful_o have_v any_o fyne_n forfeiture_n and_o amerciament_n for_o any_o offence_n unlawful_o commit_v or_o do_v in_o any_o such_o their_o jurisdiction_n or_o conseruacy_n upon_o conviction_n have_v before_o the_o head_n of_o any_o such_o body_n politic_a or_o corporate_a and_o that_o also_o the_o lord_n of_o every_o leete_z within_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n and_o wales_n or_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o same_o shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o inquire_v of_o all_o offence_n contrary_a to_o the_o purport_n tenor_n and_o form_n of_o this_o statute_n within_o the_o precinct_n of_o their_o say_a leete_z such_o inquiry_n to_o be_v have_v in_o manner_n and_o form_n and_o after_o such_o sort_n as_o common_a amerciament_n or_o other_o thing_n inquirable_a in_o their_o court_n leete_z have_v be_v lawful_o use_v and_o accustom_v to_o be_v have_v and_o make_v and_o that_o upon_o every_o such_o presentment_n have_v in_o any_o court_n or_o leete_z by_o the_o oath_n of_o twelve_o man_n or_o more_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a of_o any_o offence_n or_o offence_n make_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o statute_n that_o then_o all_o such_o forfeiture_n above_o in_o this_o statute_n limit_v and_o appoint_v for_o such_o offence_n shall_v be_v unto_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o say_a leete_z for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o his_o own_o use_n for_o ever_o and_o shall_v be_v levy_v in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o amerciament_n for_o affray_n commit_v within_o the_o precinct_n of_o such_o leete_z have_v be_v use_v and_o accustom_v to_o be_v levy_v and_o if_o any_o leete_z after_o the_o say_v first_o day_n of_o june_n be_v keep_v within_o this_o realm_n of_o england_n or_o wales_n or_o the_o dominion_n thereof_o and_o the_o steward_n of_o the_o say_a leete_z for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o other_o for_o he_o do_v not_o charge_v the_o jury_n swear_v in_o such_o leete_z to_o inquire_v of_o all_o the_o offence_n do_v within_o the_o precinct_n of_o the_o say_a leete_z contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o form_n of_o this_o statute_n that_o then_o the_o steward_n of_o the_o say_a leete_z to_o lose_v and_o forfeit_v xl.s_n the_o one_o moiety_n of_o which_o forfeiture_n shall_v be_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o other_o moiety_n to_o he_o that_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o and_o if_o any_o jury_n swear_v in_o any_o leete_z and_o be_v charge_v to_o inquire_v of_o the_o offence_n commit_v within_o the_o precinct_n of_o that_o leete_z do_v wilful_o and_o willing_o conceal_v and_o make_v default_n in_o presentment_n or_o do_v not_o present_v the_o offence_n and_o offender_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o the_o steward_n or_o bailie_n of_o the_o leete_z or_o he_o or_o their_o deputy_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o empanel_n one_o other_o jury_n within_o the_o say_a leete_z and_o to_o inquire_v of_o such_o concealment_n default_n and_o none_o presentment_n and_o that_o upon_o such_o and_o spawn_n be_v not_o present_v at_o the_o leete_z where_o they_o shall_v be_v commit_v within_o one_o year_n next_o after_o the_o offence_n commit_v that_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o their_o session_n justice_n of_o oyer_n and_o determiner_n and_o justice_n of_o assize_n in_o their_o several_a circuit_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o inquire_v thereof_o and_o to_o hear_v and_o determine_v all_o the_o offence_n commit_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o statute_n save_v always_o to_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n body_n politic_a and_o
