least_o expect_v it_o therefore_o while_o this_o life_n be_v in_o be_v and_o i_o be_o go_v on_o in_o the_o way_n of_o all_o flesh_n which_o can_v be_v of_o no_o long_a continuance_n lord_n teach_v and_o assist_v i_o to_o make_v my_o peace_n for_o my_o offence_n with_o thou_o my_o god_n while_o i_o be_o here_o who_o else_o will_v take_v a_o account_n of_o i_o in_o a_o dreadful_a place_n and_o be_v able_a if_o thy_o wrath_n be_v not_o pacify_v to_o cast_v i_o into_o hell_n fire_n from_o which_o there_o be_v no_o redemption_n therefore_o have_v mercy_n on_o i_o sweet_a jesus_n that_o i_o may_v by_o thy_o help_n grace_n and_o assistance_n right_o fit_a and_o prepare_v myself_o for_o thy_o acceptance_n before_o sickness_n lie_v hold_v on_o i_o for_o when_o death_n seize_v it_o will_v carry_v i_o immediate_o before_o the_o judgement_n seat_n of_o thy_o great_a majesty_n oh_o there_o let_v i_o find_v thou_o dear_a jesus_n to_o be_v my_o gracious_a saviour_n and_o advocate_n and_o so_o i_o shall_v obtain_v mercy_n and_o favour_n and_o by_o thy_o suffering_n my_o offence_n pardon_v and_o god_n severe_a justice_n satisfy_v and_o thus_o in_o thou_o and_o through_o thou_o only_o my_o bless_a redeemer_n jesus_n christ_n i_o shall_v be_v receive_v to_o grace_n and_o mercy_n and_o make_v partaker_n of_o eternal_a life_n and_o remain_v with_o almighty_a god_n in_o who_o presence_n be_v the_o fullness_n of_o joy_n and_o at_o his_o right_a hand_n there_o be_v pleasure_n for_o evermore_o which_o lord_n make_v i_o partaker_n of_o there_o to_o glorify_v the_o name_n of_o almighty_a god_n father_n son_n and_o holy_a ghost_n for_o ever_o amen_n 3._o a_o prayer_n to_o be_v prepare_v for_o a_o happy_a death_n and_o to_o gain_v a_o joyful_a resurrection_n most_o glorious_a lord_n god_n who_o do_v make_v all_o thing_n thou_o well_o understand_v that_o we_o poor_a creature_n how_o high_o soever_o we_o be_v conceit_v of_o ourselves_o be_v but_o dust_n and_o ash_n and_o must_v return_v to_o earth_n from_o whence_o we_o come_v our_o life_n and_o time_n be_v in_o thy_o hand_n and_o power_n and_o what_o thou_o have_v appoint_v we_o can_v change_v and_o all_o thing_n to_o ourselves_o be_v most_o uncertain_a for_o when_o thou_o with_o just_a rebuke_n do_v chastise_v man_n for_o iniquity_n thou_o make_v his_o strength_n and_o beauty_n to_o consume_v away_o like_o a_o flower_n of_o the_o field_n that_o wither_v and_o fall_v for_o when_o thou_o call_v man_n can_v retain_v the_o spirit_n nor_o add_v one_o hour_n to_o his_o time_n but_o it_o return_v to_o thou_o that_o give_v it_o and_o he_o go_v down_o to_o the_o grave_n from_o which_o he_o shall_v not_o return_v again_o till_o this_o world_n be_v at_o a_o end_n therefore_o dear_a lord_n i_o now_o most_o humble_o beseech_v thou_o for_o thy_o belove_a son_n sake_n who_o have_v satisfy_v thy_o just_a wrath_n by_o his_o infinite_a and_o innocent_a suffering_n and_o redeem_v i_o from_o sin_n and_o satan_n by_o his_o death_n lord_n forgive_v and_o pardon_v i_o all_o my_o sin_n and_o offence_n past_a either_o in_o soul_n or_o body_n that_o i_o have_v commit_v against_o thou_o ever_o since_o i_o come_v into_o this_o miserable_a world_n which_o i_o confess_v be_v innumerable_a more_o than_o the_o hair_n of_o my_o head_n or_o the_o sand_n upon_o the_o sea_n shore_n but_o vouchsafe_v o_o merciful_a god_n to_o be_v reconcile_v unto_o i_o a_o wicked_a sinner_n in_o thy_o dear_a and_o righteous_a son_n christ_n jesus_n my_o only_a saviour_n who_o have_v pay_v my_o ransom_n with_o his_o own_o precious_a blood_n wherewith_o oh_o god_n of_o mercy_n blot_v my_o debt_n to_o thou_o by_o sin_n out_o of_o thy_o sight_n and_o also_o he_o do_v fulfil_v all_o righteousness_n for_o i_o who_o be_v now_o my_o bless_a mediator_n in_o heaven_n to_o impute_v all_o this_o unto_o i_o therefore_o dear_a lord_n holy_a ghost_n by_o thy_o gracious_a and_o holy_a spirit_n join_v and_o unite_v i_o unto_o my_o lord_n and_o head_n christ_n never_o to_o be_v separate_v from_o he_o while_o i_o live_v here_o and_o when_o i_o go_v from_o hence_o carry_v i_o to_o be_v where_o he_o be_v and_o give_v i_o grace_n and_o faith_n in_o and_o through_o he_o to_o make_v my_o peace_n while_o i_o be_o in_o the_o way_n and_o passage_n of_o this_o life_n and_o while_o i_o have_v breath_n to_o call_v upon_o thou_o before_o i_o be_o lay_v into_o the_o dark_a dungeon_n of_o the_o earth_n when_o the_o worm_n shall_v eat_v my_o corrupt_a flesh_n yet_o i_o trust_v and_o do_v believe_v through_o he_o that_o have_v overcome_v death_n the_o grave_n and_o hell_n for_o i_o that_o at_o the_o bless_a resurrection_n of_o thy_o child_n and_o servant_n that_o my_o corruption_n shall_v put_v on_o incorruption_n and_o i_o shall_v see_v my_o bless_a lord_n and_o saviour_n with_o these_o my_o eye_n who_o do_v redeem_v i_o and_o shall_v be_v my_o merciful_a judge_n to_o save_v i_o therefore_o i_o have_v sure_a confidence_n in_o his_o favour_n and_o under_o the_o wing_n of_o his_o mercy_n shall_v i_o rest_v in_o safety_n now_o i_o humble_o pray_v thou_o o_o god_n the_o holy_a ghost_n to_o sanctify_v fit_a prepare_v and_o assist_v my_o heart_n and_o soul_n with_o thy_o spirit_n to_o fill_v i_o with_o all_o save_a grace_n for_o my_o salvation_n while_o i_o live_v to_o enable_v i_o to_o call_v pray_v and_o strive_v to_o please_v thou_o here_o in_o all_o thing_n but_o especial_o lord_n at_o my_o death_n stand_v by_o i_o and_o pray_v for_o i_o that_o my_o faith_n fail_v not_o fit_a and_o prepare_v i_o for_o thy_o gracious_a acceptance_n before_o thou_o call_v and_o seize_v upon_o i_o to_o take_v i_o out_o of_o this_o present_a life_n and_o make_v i_o always_o mindful_a both_o in_o health_n and_o sickness_n of_o my_o own_o last_o end_n and_o then_o of_o my_o appearance_n before_o thou_o to_o make_v answer_n before_o the_o great_a god_n of_o heaven_n &_o earth_n from_o who_o nothing_o can_v be_v hide_v of_o all_o my_o life_n and_o deed_n past_a even_o to_o my_o very_a word_n for_o thou_o be_v only_o and_o above_o all_o to_o be_v fear_v who_o can_z both_o save_v and_o kill_v and_o cast_v both_o soul_n and_o body_n into_o utter_a perdition_n in_o hell_n therefore_o lord_n vouchsafe_v to_o assist_v i_o with_o thy_o grace_n to_o work_v in_o i_o all_o thing_n which_o may_v make_v i_o acceptable_a unto_o thou_o before_o the_o day_n of_o my_o departure_n that_o when_o it_o do_v approach_v it_o may_v not_o be_v fearful_a and_o terrible_a but_o happy_a and_o comfortable_a unto_o i_o in_o christ_n jesus_n my_o lord_n that_o through_o he_o my_o last_o day_n may_v be_v my_o best_a and_o most_o welcome_a to_o my_o soul_n that_o i_o may_v then_o call_v and_o
