and_z to_o receyve_v the_o holy_a sacrament_n such_o person_n have_v contrycyon_n and_o repentance_n for_o their_o sin_n and_o desire_v to_o receyve_v the_o holy_a sacrament_n /_o have_v afore_o god_n receyve_v the_o holy_a sacrament_n in_o their_o soul_n yet_o nevertheless_o they_o shall_v confess_v themselves_o afore_o if_o it_o be_v possible_a /_o &_o shall_v not_o trust_v to_o moche_v in_o
