viz._n 1._o such_o as_o be_v annex_v to_o the_o moral_a law_n as_o the_o punishment_n of_o adultery_n and_o murder_n and_o disobedience_n to_o parent_n with_o death_n and_o such_o like_a 2_o or_o such_o as_o be_v appendant_a to_o the_o ceremonial_a law_n as_o the_o punishment_n of_o those_o that_o touch_v any_o dead_a thing_n or_o that_o come_v near_o a_o woman_n in_o her_o monthly_a course_n and_o suchlike_a 3_o or_o such_o as_o belong_v to_o that_o peculiar_a policy_n and_o state_n of_o that_o commonweath_n as_o concern_v the_o year_n of_o jubilee_n the_o raise_n up_o seed_n to_o the_o brother_n depart_v in_o marry_v his_o wife_n and_o the_o like_a of_o which_o two_o latter_a there_o be_v no_o doubt_n but_o the_o first_o be_v abrogate_a together_o with_o the_o ceremony_n whereon_o they_o attend_v the_o other_o as_o proper_a to_o that_o government_n be_v also_o now_o determine_v for_o otherwise_o the_o like_a course_n must_v be_v now_o take_v for_o raise_v of_o seed_n as_o be_v then_o which_o law_n jesus_n christ_n affirm_v that_o moses_n make_v mere_o because_o of_o the_o hardness_n of_o the_o jew_n heart_n as_o in_o the_o case_n of_o the_o woman_n that_o have_v seven_o viz._n quaere_fw-la whether_o the_o punishment_n inflict_v by_o moses_n for_o the_o breach_n of_o the_o moral_a law_n together_o with_o the_o moral_a law_n be_v impose_v by_o god_n upon_o all_o christian_a magistrate_n so_o that_o they_o be_v oblige_v to_o the_o same_o 1_o in_o that_o by_o such_o a_o practice_n it_o will_v quite_o overthrow_v the_o policy_n and_o institution_n of_o this_o excommunicate_v resp_n touch_v the_o imposition_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a law_n in_o relation_n to_o the_o essential_a part_n thereof_o that_o they_o be_v not_o leave_v to_o the_o liberty_n of_o a_o christian_a magistrate_n to_o add_v any_o thing_n thereunto_o or_o to_o take_v from_o it_o or_o in_o the_o least_o to_o alter_v it_o so_o as_o shall_v be_v think_v meet_v for_o the_o present_a time_n or_o manner_n of_o the_o country_n i_o think_v i_o have_v former_o say_v enough_o to_o satisfy_v any_o rational_a man_n as_o that_o by_o give_v way_n thereunto_o they_o will_v not_o only_o grapple_v with_o god_n himself_o in_o point_n of_o wisdom_n but_o that_o they_o will_v also_o thereby_o put_v themselves_o into_o such_o a_o condition_n as_o that_o they_o may_v altogether_o leave_v those_o
