yet_o must_v we_o consent_v to_o the_o error_n of_o the_o best_a though_o we_o be_v not_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o secret_n of_o man_n heart_n nor_o may_v not_o deal_v uncharitable_o with_o any_o yet_o must_v not_o heretical_a self-conceited_a person_n be_v tolerate_v in_o the_o obstinate_a disperse_n of_o their_o error_n to_o the_o destruction_n or_o danger_n of_o man_n soul_n nor_o to_o reproach_n and_o speak_v against_o the_o weighty_a necessary_a truth_n of_o god_n nor_o shall_v any_o be_v tolerate_v to_o kindle_v the_o flame_n of_o uncharitableness_n and_o contention_n in_o the_o church_n by_o rail_v reproachful_a language_n against_o the_o tolerable_a dissenter_n but_o a_o heal_a merciful_a and_o profitable_a and_o not_o a_o destructive_a toleration_n shall_v be_v promote_v 78._o the_o pastor_n of_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n have_v the_o power_n of_o the_o key_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n but_o not_o of_o the_o temporal_a sword_n on_o earth_n and_o though_o we_o determine_v not_o whether_o in_o case_n of_o necessity_n it_o be_v lawful_a for_o pastor_n to_o be_v also_o magistrate_n yet_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o without_o necessity_n it_o shall_v not_o be_v so_o far_o from_o desire_v to_o usurp_v a_o secular_a power_n that_o we_o shall_v still_o advise_v the_o magistrate_n to_o keep_v the_o sword_n in_o his_o own_o hand_n and_o to_o take_v heed_n to_o his_o authority_n and_o a_o care_n of_o the_o common_a good_a that_o depend_v on_o his_o honour_n but_o remember_v what_o be_v meet_v for_o he_o to_o hear_v and_o for_o we_o as_o messenger_n of_o christ_n to_o speak_v 79._o those_o church_n of_o several_a nation_n that_o through_o distance_n and_o diversity_n of_o secular_a governor_n be_v uncapable_a of_o personal_a or_o local_a communion_n with_o other_o shall_v yet_o consent_v as_o near_o as_o may_v be_v in_o their_o holy_a profession_n and_o practice_n not_o tie_v each_o other_o to_o any_o of_o their_o unnecessary_a mode_n or_o form_n nor_o uncharitable_o censure_v any_o tolerable_a dissenter_n but_o own_v those_o church_n that_o agree_v with_o they_o in_o the_o great_a and_o necessary_a thing_n and_o hold_v such_o correspondence_n with_o they_o by_o messenger_n as_o shall_v be_v needful_a to_o the_o promote_n of_o their_o unity_n love_n and_o peace_n and_o of_o the_o gospel_n and_o common_a cause_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o defence_n of_o each_o other_o against_o the_o common_a enemy_n of_o those_o as_o emergent_a occasion_n shall_v require_v and_o direct_v they_o 80._o to_o the_o aforesaid_a use_n the_o council_n or_o synod_n of_o pastor_n be_v lawful_a and_o convenient_a in_o case_n that_o require_v they_o where_o the_o pastor_n of_o several_a church_n and_o nation_n may_v diliberate_v and_o determine_v in_o order_n to_o their_o unity_n of_o doctrine_n and_o practice_n to_o be_v agrree_v in_o and_o may_v strengthen_v the_o hand_n of_o one_o another_o but_o yet_o the_o canon_n of_o such_o council_n be_v
