themselves_o just_a and_o grievous_a punishment_n in_o this_o place_n the_o prophet_n by_o appointment_n of_o god_n take_v mountain_n and_o hill_n 2._o and_o the_o very_a foundation_n of_o the_o earth_n to_o hear_v the_o cause_n and_o complaint_n of_o almighty_a god_n against_o his_o people_n of_o israel_n and_o that_o be_v it_o that_o the_o prophet_n utter_v in_o the_o person_n of_o god_n say_v arise_v thou_o and_o contend_v with_o the_o mountain_n etc_n etc_n and_o then_o he_o obey_v the_o appointment_n of_o god_n say_v hear_v oh_o you_o mountain_n the_o lord_n quarrel_n etc_n etc_n as_o if_o he_o have_v say_v forsomuch_o as_o the_o heart_n of_o this_o people_n be_v so_o far_o from_o god_n that_o not_o so_o much_o as_o one_o of_o they_o will_v consider_v and_o unbe_n â—stande_v mean_n be_v able_a to_o escape_v just_a judgement_n and_o condemnation_n etc_n for_o because_o the_o *_o who_o will_v world_n be_v make_v by_o god_n for_o we_o and_o in_o all_o point_n serve_v to_o our_o use_n perform_v that_o end_n to_o the_o which_o it_o be_v make_v though_o all_o other_o judge_n and_o witness_n will_v fail_v the_o very_a part_n of_o the_o world_n and_o the_o common_a creature_n will_v pronounce_v sentence_n against_o we_o if_o we_o in_o our_o call_n do_v show_v ourselves_o unthankful_a disobedient_a and_o rebellious_a against_o god._n oh_o my_o people_n what_o have_v i_o do_v unto_o thou_o etc_n or_o wherein_o have_v i_o grieve_v thou_o etc_n etc_n there_o be_v no_o one_o thing_n that_o in_o the_o prophet_n cause_v more_o difficulty_n than_o the_o often_o and_o the_o sudden_a change_v of_o the_o person_n wherefore_o that_o be_v here_o also_o to_o be_v observe_v the_o second_o verse_n be_v utter_v in_o the_o person_n of_o the_o prophet_n these_o three_o kingdom_n of_o satan_n wickedness_n and_o error_n first_o he_o send_v abroad_o his_o messenger_n prophet_n and_o preacher_n to_o publish_v the_o sweet_a voice_n and_o promise_n of_o his_o word_n and_o gospel_n then_o when_o they_o begin_v to_o execute_v their_o office_n and_o man_n somewhat_o hearken_v unto_o they_o the_o devil_n by_o his_o instrument_n raise_v great_a trouble_n and_o affliction_n then_o ever_o they_o have_v before_o so_o that_o many_o mind_n be_v therewith_o great_o offend_v yet_o in_o the_o end_n 10._o god_n by_o the_o *_o mighty_a power_n of_o his_o spirit_n and_o holy_a word_n overthrow_v the_o kingdom_n of_o darkness_n and_o deliver_v his_o people_n out_o of_o the_o tyranny_n of_o egypt_n and_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n do_v see_v that_o god_o quarrel_v with_o his_o servant_n moses_n &_o aaron_n and_o lay_v all_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o trouble_n upon_o they_o wherein_o they_o show_v a_o example_n both_o of_o impiety_n and_o
