so_o great_a a_o mercy_n as_o to_o make_v you_o such_o a_o instrument_n of_o his_o service_n so_o may_v i_o say_v to_o you_o that_o be_v godly_a have_v god_n give_v you_o jesus_n christ_n have_v he_o give_v you_o his_o son_n have_v he_o give_v you_o his_o spirit_n have_v he_o give_v you_o himself_o to_o be_v your_o portion_n and_o be_v you_o trouble_v that_o you_o have_v not_o more_o of_o that_o estate_n only_o but_o your_o name_n your_o liberty_n and_o your_o life_n in_o a_o public_a cause_n and_o those_o that_o shall_v do_v so_o however_o the_o world_n may_v look_v upon_o they_o in_o a_o they_o show_v plain_o they_o look_v for_o another_o country_n so_o see_v you_o man_n that_o may_v live_v as_o comfortable_o in_o outward_a thing_n as_o you_o and_o do_v their_o conscience_n give_v way_n they_o can_v be_v as_o quiet_a as_o you_o but_o conscience_n put_v they_o upon_o it_o that_o see_v god_n call_v they_o to_o a_o public_a place_n they_o can_v be_v content_a to_o put_v all_o at_o god_n foot_n now_o though_o you_o may_v think_v that_o such_o be_v in_o most_o danger_n they_o show_v plain_o they_o be_v man_n of_o another_o country_n and_o shall_v be_v most_o honour_v and_o take_v but_o this_o principle_n with_o you_o the_o more_o any_o one_o give_v up_o his_o estate_n to_o god_n the_o more_o comfort_n he_o have_v in_o his_o estate_n whether_o in_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o it_o or_o in_o the_o loss_n of_o it_o i_o express_v it_o thus_o when_o one_o resign_v up_o all_o he_o have_v his_o estate_n liberty_n name_n life_n to_o god_n the_o often_o it_o come_v into_o god_n hand_n the_o better_a it_o come_v when_o god_n give_v it_o he_o again_o a_o carnal_a heart_n when_o once_o he_o have_v these_o thing_n he_o will_v not_o trust_v god_n with_o they_o but_o he_o will_v have_v they_o in_o his_o own_o keep_n but_o a_o gracious_a heart_n though_o he_o have_v all_o these_o from_o god_n yet_o every_o day_n he_o be_v willing_a to_o give_v up_o all_o to_o he_o and_o to_o trust_v god_n with_o they_o again_o though_o he_o be_v a_o rich_a man_n he_o be_v willing_a every_o day_n to_o come_v and_o beg_v his_o bread_n at_o his_o father_n gate_n and_o give_v up_o all_o now_o he_o give_v up_o all_o in_o the_o truth_n of_o his_o heart_n to_o god_n and_o god_n give_v it_o he_o all_o again_o as_o long_o as_o in_o a_o lawful_a way_n he_o enjoy_v it_o he_o have_v it_o a_o fresh_a from_o god_n now_o this_o i_o say_v the_o often_o any_o thing_n come_v out_o of_o god_n hand_n the_o sweet_a &_o the_o better_a it_o be_v wicked_a man_n estate_n come_v but_o once_o out_o of_o god_n have_v but_o a_o little_a portion_n here_o yet_o there_o be_v as_o fair_a way_n for_o you_o to_o have_v the_o god_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n to_o be_v your_o portion_n to_o have_v whatsoever_o then_o in_o heaven_n and_o earth_n take_v all_o the_o creature_n all_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n in_o the_o heaven_n in_o the_o sun_n moon_n and_o star_n and_o put_v all_o into_o one_o take_v all_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n in_o the_o sea_n those_o vast_a ocean_n and_o put_v that_o into_o one_o take_v all_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n that_o appear_v in_o the_o earth_n all_o the_o riches_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o all_o art_n and_o science_n and_o what_o you_o will_v put_v all_o into_o one_o and_o the_o mean_a youth_n or_o servant_n that_o have_v the_o least_o degree_n of_o grace_n have_v more_o of_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n than_o all_o this_o be_v there_o be_v more_o of_o the_o shine_a of_o god_n in_o the_o least_o degree_n of_o grace_n in_o the_o poor_a christian_n in_o the_o world_n than_o there_o be_v in_o all_o these_o creature_n if_o there_o be_v a_o quintessence_n of_o all_o the_o excellency_n and_o glory_n extract_v and_o draw_v and_o put_v into_o one_o yet_o there_o be_v not_o so_o much_o of_o god_n god_n can_v not_o see_v so_o much_o of_o himself_o in_o that_o one_o creature_n that_o shall_v have_v the_o excellency_n of_o all_o creature_n put_v together_o as_o he_o see_v in_o the_o mean_a saint_n that_o have_v the_o work_n of_o grace_n and_o sure_o then_o they_o be_v the_o excellent_a of_o the_o earth_n if_o there_o be_v so_o much_o of_o god_n in_o they_o all_o the_o creature_n in_o heaven_n and_o earth_n except_v this_o only_a the_o grace_n of_o god_n through_o the_o bounty_n of_o god_n and_o the_o pleasure_n of_o god_n there_o be_v nothing_o that_o the_o creature_n have_v but_o may_v be_v communicate_v as_o a_o fruit_n of_o god_n general_a bounty_n except_o spiritual_a blessing_n in_o christ_n but_o where_o ever_o this_o be_v though_o in_o the_o least_o degree_n it_o be_v of_o that_o nature_n that_o it_o can_v come_v but_o only_o from_o the_o eternal_a election_n of_o god_n it_o be_v that_o which_o be_v the_o principle_n of_o eternal_a life_n wheresoever_o it_o be_v it_o be_v that_o which_o will_v grow_v up_o to_o eternal_a glory_n all_o common_a gift_n will_v never_o grow_v up_o to_o glory_n though_o they_o grow_v up_o to_o the_o height_n of_o glory_n but_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n true_a grace_n it_o be_v of_o the_o same_o nature_n with_o eternal_a glory_n therefore_o for_o the_o kind_n of_o it_o it_o be_v the_o great_a good_a that_o god_n intend_v from_o all_o eternity_n for_o the_o communicate_v of_o all_o his_o glory_n it_o must_v needs_o make_v the_o creature_n excellent_a this_o be_v the_o first_o thing_n that_o the_o saint_n be_v the_o excellent_a on_o earth_n in_o regard_n of_o the_o image_n of_o god_n upon_o they_o and_o the_o work_n of_o grace_n in_o they_o but_o second_o they_o be_v the_o excellent_a of_o the_o earth_n in_o regard_n of_o the_o separate_n of_o they_o for_o god_n they_o be_v those_o that_o god_n set_v his_o thought_n upon_o from_o all_o eternity_n that_o they_o may_v enjoy_v he_o the_o great_a counsel_n that_o god_n wrought_v from_o all_o eternity_n especial_o be_v set_v on_o work_n upon_o this_o great_a thing_n of_o separate_n of_o certain_a creature_n for_o himself_o from_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o world_n now_o when_o god_n shall_v set_v as_o it_o be_v to_o speak_v after_o the_o manner_n of_o man_n his_o thought_n and_o counsel_n on_o work_n from_o all_o eternity_n to_o set_v apart_o above_o that_o that_o be_v the_o thing_n he_o be_v most_o exercise_v in_o before_o the_o world_n about_o the_o work_n of_o separate_v such_o and_o such_o for_o himself_o the_o psalmist_n say_v o_o you_o son_n of_o man_n how_o long_o will_v you_o turn_v my_o glory_n into_o shame_n how_o long_o will_v you_o love_v vanity_n and_o seek_v after_o lease_v but_o know_v that_o the_o lord_n have_v set_v a_o part_n he_o that_o be_v godly_a for_o himself_o psalm_n 4.2.3_o here_o you_o see_v that_o god_n have_v set_v apart_o the_o godly_a for_o himself_o they_o be_v those_o that_o be_v dedicate_v &_o not_o but_o that_o their_o eternal_a estate_n depend_v on_o that_o which_o they_o do_v themselves_o now_o to_o be_v deliver_v from_o this_o to_o have_v this_o immunity_n that_o such_o a_o thing_n of_o such_o a_o consequence_n as_o our_o eternal_a estate_n shall_v depend_v upon_o a_o sure_a foundation_n upon_o that_o which_o be_v do_v by_o christ_n and_o do_v already_o it_o be_v a_o infinite_a thou_o power_n with_o god_n and_o with_o man_n and_o have_v prevail_v o_o how_o eminent_a be_v he_o in_o prayer_n therefore_o it_o be_v rather_o say_v the_o seed_n of_o jacob_n then_o of_o abraham_n or_o isaac_n but_o you_o will_v say_v than_o they_o shall_v rather_o have_v be_v call_v the_o seed_n of_o israel_n for_o his_o name_n of_o israel_n be_v give_v he_o upon_o his_o prevail_a with_o god_n we_o must_v not_o be_v too_o inquisitive_a these_o name_n be_v use_v promiscuous_o but_o this_o be_v one_o reason_n that_o be_v give_v and_o it_o seem_v to_o have_v probability_n with_o it_o in_o follow_v you_o man_n of_o israel_n isa_n 41.14_o he_o put_v they_o in_o mind_n of_o their_o low_a condition_n by_o this_o name_n rather_o than_o israel_n fear_v not_o thou_o worm_n jacob_n for_o before_o jacob_n name_n be_v change_v you_o know_v what_o a_o low_a condition_n and_o what_o straits_n he_o be_v in_o so_o here_o the_o lord_n speak_v of_o his_o church_n deliverance_n out_o of_o any_o can_v in_o enjoy_v it_o from_o he_o our_o heart_n can_v be_v so_o strong_o set_v to_o seek_v for_o any_o mercy_n from_o god_n as_o he_o be_v to_o communicate_v mercy_n to_o we_o who_o be_v a_o god_n like_o unto_o thou_o that_o pardon_v iniquity_n and_o pass_v by_o the_o transgression_n of_o the_o remnant_n of_o his_o heritage_n he_o retain_v not_o his_o anger_n for_o ever_o because_o he_o
