honourable_a in_o his_o resurrection_n for_o the_o honour_n that_o he_o have_v in_o his_o burial_n be_v but_o a_o worldly_a honour_n but_o in_o his_o resurrection_n he_o have_v a_o heavenly_a honour_n indeed_o joseph_n and_o nicodemus_n who_o bury_v he_o be_v two_o honourable_a man_n but_o a_o angel_n be_v a_o hundred_o time_n more_o honourable_a and_o glorious_a than_o any_o man_n albeit_o he_o be_v a_o king_n or_o caesar_n himself_o and_o so_o the_o lord_n in_o his_o burial_n utter_v himself_o to_o be_v a_o lord_n over_o man_n but_o in_o his_o glorious_a resurrection_n he_o utter_v himself_o even_o in_o our_o nature_n not_o only_o to_o be_v lord_n of_o man_n but_o also_o of_o angel_n so_o brethren_n all_o tend_v to_o this_o to_o let_v we_o see_v the_o glory_n of_o the_o resurrection_n of_o jesus_n now_o will_v to_o god_n we_o can_v strive_v night_n and_o day_n to_o get_v a_o sight_n of_o it_o for_o except_o we_o get_v a_o sight_n of_o it_o in_o some_o measure_n here_o we_o shall_v never_o see_v glory_n hereafter_o but_o before_o i_o leave_v this_o i_o see_v that_o in_o the_o roll_a away_o of_o the_o stone_n the_o lord_n have_v a_o respect_n to_o the_o weakness_n of_o these_o woman_n know_v well_o they_o be_v not_o able_a to_o remove_v so_o heavy_a a_o stone_n to_o see_v whether_o the_o lord_n be_v there_o or_o no_o he_o send_v this_o angel_n to_o roll_v it_o away_o to_o the_o end_n that_o when_o the_o woman_n come_v they_o shall_v see_v that_o the_o lord_n be_v rise_v from_o the_o dead_a well_o here_o we_o have_v a_o comfortable_a lesson_n the_o lord_n will_v help_v they_o that_o seek_v he_o seek_v the_o lord_n where_o ever_o he_o be_v seek_v the_o lord_n in_o the_o grave_n seek_v the_o lord_n in_o the_o heaven_n and_o thou_o shall_v be_v assure_v if_o thou_o be_v a_o weak_a body_n the_o lord_n shall_v supply_v thy_o weakness_n and_o he_o shall_v cause_v the_o strong_a angel_n to_o do_v that_o which_o thou_o be_v not_o able_a to_o do_v read_v we_o not_o how_o the_o lord_n have_v send_v his_o angel_n to_o fight_v the_o battle_n of_o his_o own_o and_o if_o thou_o will_v seek_v the_o lord_n when_o thou_o be_v go_v any_o way_n glorify_v he_o now_o there_o be_v another_o thing_n to_o be_v mark_v when_o he_o have_v roll_v the_o stone_n from_o the_o door_n he_o depart_v not_o but_o he_o sit_v down_o and_o abide_v there_o to_o testify_v that_o the_o lord_n jesus_n be_v rise_v so_o you_o see_v the_o first_o witness_n of_o the_o resurrection_n of_o jesus_n christ_n be_v a_o angel_n he_o remain_v sit_v upon_o the_o stone_n to_o testify_v that_o christ_n be_v rise_v in_o glory_n the_o first_o witness_n of_o his_o death_n and_o burial_n be_v man_n and_o woman_n but_o the_o first_o witness_n of_o his_o glorious_a majesty_n then_o can_v we_o not_o but_o wonder_n at_o the_o greatness_n of_o that_o glory_n well_o then_o as_o i_o say_v before_o in_o this_o point_n the_o lord_n have_v a_o great_a respect_n to_o the_o poor_a woman_n alas_o a_o earthly_a king_n will_v have_v a_o small_a respect_n to_o the_o poor_a but_o the_o lord_n of_o glory_n have_v a_o great_a respect_n to_o these_o poor_a woman_n indeed_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o emptiness_n of_o the_o grave_n may_v have_v be_v a_o sufficient_a testimony_n to_o they_o of_o christ_n resurrection_n consider_v the_o forewarn_v they_o have_v before_o to_o pain_n of_o hell_n that_o all_o the_o word_n which_o god_n speak_v to_o they_o whilst_o they_o live_v and_o which_o they_o contemn_v shall_v be_v bring_v to_o their_o memory_n that_o book_n of_o remembrance_n shall_v be_v hold_v ever_o before_o their_o eye_n that_o there_o they_o may_v see_v and_o read_v all_o the_o wicked_a work_n that_o they_o have_v do_v in_o their_o life_n yea_o the_o least_o evil_a word_n shall_v be_v lay_v to_o their_o charge_n and_o then_o the_o conscience_n shall_v stand_v up_o and_o accuse_v they_o everlasting_o no_o if_o thou_o be_v out_o with_o christ_n i_o say_v to_o thou_o terrible_a shall_v that_o sight_n be_v that_o thou_o shall_v see_v for_o the_o least_o evil_a thought_n shall_v be_v lay_v to_o thy_o charge_n let_v be_v evil_a deed_n and_o that_o forgetfulness_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n whilst_o thou_o live_v shall_v be_v a_o great_a part_n of_o thy_o pain_n and_o grief_n but_o the_o forgetfulness_n of_o the_o godly_a shall_v be_v hide_v as_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o their_o sin_n shall_v be_v hide_v in_o he_o and_o in_o that_o blood_n they_o shall_v be_v count_v as_o clean_o as_o if_o they_o have_v never_o sin_v nor_o have_v forget_v god_n word_n thus_o far_o for_o the_o part_n of_o the_o angel_n now_o i_o return_v to_o the_o woman_n when_o the_o angel_n have_v speak_v and_o inform_v they_o of_o the_o resurrection_n they_o nature_n of_o faith_n and_o the_o force_n and_o effect_n of_o it_o in_o the_o regenerate_a man_n it_o be_v not_o unreverent_a but_o think_v reverent_o of_o the_o lord_n who_o it_o apprehend_v it_o be_v not_o impudent_a and_o shameless_a but_o humble_a and_o shamefast_a it_o be_v not_o immoderate_a it_o pass_v not_o measure_n but_o it_o be_v moderate_a and_o contain_v the_o self_n within_o bound_n and_o measure_n that_o be_v it_o be_v not_o evermore_o curious_o seek_v many_o and_o new_a revelation_n but_o it_o be_v content_a with_o that_o measure_n that_o the_o lord_n have_v reveil_v by_o the_o contrary_a look_v to_o the_o nature_n of_o infidelity_n it_o be_v ever_o unreverent_a towards_o god_n impudent_a and_o immoderate_a it_o be_v never_o content_a with_o that_o measure_n of_o we_o what_o force_n and_o power_n there_o be_v in_o the_o glorious_a presence_n of_o christ_n jesus_n his_o presence_n be_v powerful_a to_o humble_a and_o bow_v both_o the_o body_n and_o soul_n of_o the_o creature_n this_o make_v paul_n to_o say_v that_o at_o the_o name_n of_o jesus_n every_o knee_n shall_v bow_v both_o of_o thing_n in_o heaven_n and_o thing_n in_o earth_n and_o thing_n under_o come_v to_o any_o great_a measure_n of_o grace_n they_o must_v strive_v and_o wrestle_v through_o many_o infirmity_n and_o overcome_v many_o difficulty_n and_o tentation_n so_o that_o the_o best_a man_n even_o in_o his_o best_a work_n have_v no_o matter_n of_o rejoice_v if_o the_o lord_n will_v enter_v in_o judgement_n with_o he_o you_o have_v hear_v the_o disciple_n behaviour_n now_o look_v how_o the_o lord_n meet_v they_o first_o he_o draw_v near_a to_o they_o and_o then_o he_o enter_v in_o commune_v with_o they_o for_o it_o be_v say_v jesus_n come_v and_o speak_v unto_o they_o he_o
he_o can_v contemn_v baptism_n and_o if_o a_o man_n contemn_v baptism_n let_v he_o boast_v of_o his_o faith_n as_o he_o please_v that_o contempt_n be_v a_o sure_a token_n that_o he_o have_v never_o they_o out_o into_o bethania_n any_o man_n may_v think_v they_o have_v matter_n of_o rejoice_v to_o follow_v such_o a_o gracious_a guide_n but_o now_o when_o he_o have_v leave_v the_o earth_n &_o ascend_v to_o heaven_n &_o leave_v they_o behind_o he_o what_o matter_n can_v they_o have_v of_o so_o great_a joy_n in_o their_o return_v to_o jerusalem_n i_o answer_v notwithstanding_o they_o want_v
