needs_o be_v the_o work_n of_o god_n to_o soften_v the_o hart_n but_o some_o will_v say_v how_o can_v the_o lord_n punish_v man_n for_o not_o repent_v when_o he_o deni_v they_o repentance_n and_o how_o can_v he_o damn_v they_o for_o hard_a heart_n when_o he_o have_v harden_v they_o i_o answer_v a_o hard_a heart_n and_o a_o ill_a life_n do_v not_o simple_o condemn_v a_o man_n but_o delight_n in_o they_o and_o negligence_n to_o be_v deliver_v from_o they_o good_a man_n be_v torment_v with_o hardness_n of_o hart_n but_o they_o lament_v it_o evil_a man_n be_v perplex_v with_o it_o &_o they_o rejoice_v in_o it_o god_n be_v say_v to_o make_v hard_a heart_n but_o not_o evil_a heart_n and_o so_o to_o make_v hard_a heart_n that_o man_n may_v know_v and_o acknowledge_v that_o soft_a heart_n come_v from_o his_o workehouse_n so_o then_o god_n harden_v but_o man_n delight_v in_o it_o and_o they_o be_v condemn_v not_o for_o sin_n but_o for_o delight_n in_o sin_n will_v thou_o then_o know_v whether_o thy_o hart_n have_v be_v new_o wrought_v in_o the_o lord_n mould_n then_o look_v and_o see_v how_o thou_o love_v sin_n but_o thou_o find_v thy_o hart_n hard_a then_o look_v again_o how_o first_o reason_n because_o god_n will_v be_v exalt_v in_o 1._o spare_v we_o esay_n 36._o 18._o the_o lord_n which_o be_v most_o excellent_a in_o all_o his_o work_n be_v most_o excellent_a in_o forbear_v the_o malice_n of_o man_n for_o who_o can_v endure_v to_o be_v deny_v plain_o revile_v open_o and_o blaspheme_v bold_o save_v only_o the_o lord_n or_o who_o can_v abide_v to_o see_v his_o work_n reproach_v his_o word_n rebuke_v and_o his_o liberality_n scorn_v save_v only_o the_o lord_n who_o fill_v all_o in_o all_o and_o bear_v much_o with_o all_o or_o else_o all_o will_v be_v confound_v but_o this_o be_v sufficient_a that_o the_o prophet_n say_v he_o be_v exalt_v in_o spare_v we_o that_o be_v it_o magnify_v his_o honour_n while_o he_o regard_v not_o his_o vengeance_n nor_o
