such_o ship_n or_o vessel_n three_o month_n time_n for_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a duty_n give_v such_o security_n for_o the_o same_o as_o the_o collector_n or_o chief_a officer_n of_o the_o port_n or_o place_n shall_v approve_v of_o with_o a_o allowance_n after_o the_o rate_n of_o 10_o per_fw-la cent._n per_fw-la an._n for_o prompt_a payment_n and_o if_o any_o of_o the_o coal_n or_o culm_n for_o which_o the_o duty_n shall_v be_v once_o pay_v or_o secure_v be_v again_o export_v to_o any_o other_o place_n of_o this_o kingdom_n there_o shall_v be_v no_o further_o duty_n pay_v for_o the_o same_o and_o if_o any_o of_o the_o coal_n for_o which_o the_o duty_n shall_v be_v so_o once_o pay_v or_o secure_v be_v afterward_o carry_v beyond_o sea_n a_o allowance_n out_o of_o the_o over_o sea_n duty_n or_o repayment_n shall_v be_v make_v of_o so_o much_o as_o be_v before_o pay_v for_o the_o same_o coal_n and_o culm_n cccxx_o provide_v that_o if_o any_o person_n be_v prosecute_v for_o any_o
