servant_n if_o you_o will_v right_o understand_v he_o be_v a_o lively_a and_o several_a instrument_n of_o action_n it_o be_v very_o meet_a and_o convenient_a that_o the_o mistress_n or_o dame_n servant_n the_o wife_n behaviour_n with_o servant_n do_v not_o make_v herself_o too_o familiar_a with_o her_o seruamt_n or_o household_n folk_n lest_o they_o shall_v be_v too_o bold_a to_o talk_v to_o moreover_o parent_n when_o they_o mean_v to_o put_v forth_o their_o child_n to_o any_o trade_n or_o occupation_n either_o to_o learning_n they_o then_o ought_v careful_o to_o see_v and_o inquire_v whether_o such_o as_o they_o think_v to_o place_v they_o withal_o be_v religious_a and_o virtuous_a and_o endue_v with_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n many_o man_n in_o the_o admittance_n of_o a_o servant_n commit_v their_o child_n to_o the_o order_n and_o instruction_n of_o a_o master_n before_o they_o make_v inquiry_n of_o his_o honesty_n &_o christian_n conversation_n they_o plain_o show_v that_o they_o have_v less_o care_n of_o the_o corrupt_a or_o infect_v of_o their_o child_n with_o vice_n then_o of_o some_o small_a inconvenience_n that_o may_v happen_v by_o a_o unhonest_a and_o unthriftie_a servant_n when_o they_o buy_v a_o earthen_a pot_n they_o sound_v upon_o it_o to_o see_v whether_o it_o be_v break_v lest_o they_o shall_v be_v deceive_v in_o a_o small_a piece_n of_o money_n yet_o do_v they_o not_o sound_v whether_o the_o master_n to_o who_o they_o commit_v their_o child_n be_v vicious_a or_o virtuous_a albeit_o by_o put_v and_o place_v he_o with_o one_o that_o be_v vicious_a and_o irreligious_a they_o put_v he_o in_o danger_n of_o loss_n both_o of_o body_n and_o soul_n some_o do_v respect_n their_o friendship_n with_o some_o master_n rather_o than_o their_o virtue_n and_o so_o do_v commit_v to_o they_o their_o child_n lest_o they_o shall_v be_v angry_a for_o put_v they_o to_o another_o these_o man_n do_v resemble_v and_o be_v like_o he_o who_o be_v dangerous_o sick_a use_v the_o advice_n of_o a_o ignorant_a physician_n that_o be_v his_o kinsman_n or_o familiar_a friend_n for_o fear_v he_o shall_v take_v offence_n if_o he_o shall_v call_v another_o albeit_o without_o comparison_n more_o learned_a and_o skilful_a if_o thou_o shall_v have_v any_o weighty_a matter_n in_o law_n will_v thou_o rather_o commit_v thy_o cause_n to_o a_o ignorant_a &_o negligent_a attorney_n because_o he_o be_v thy_o friend_n then_o to_o he_o that_o be_v both_o diligent_a and_o learned_a make_v a_o voyage_n through_o some_o dangerous_a sea_n will_v be_v careful_a to_o restrain_v their_o child_n from_o vice_n and_o to_o inure_v &_o accustom_v they_o to_o virtue_n as_o indeed_o the_o father_n that_o instruct_v or_o cause_v their_o child_n to_o be_v instruct_v do_v far_o excel_v such_o as_o only_o do_v beget_v they_o for_o of_o these_o they_o receive_v life_n only_o of_o the_o other_o good_a and_o virtuous_a life_n yet_o parent_n ought_v not_o so_o much_o to_o rely_v and_o rest_v upon_o the_o diligence_n of_o their_o child_n master_n as_o never_o to_o care_v to_o understand_v how_o they_o profit_n and_o go_v forward_o in_o learning_n
