debar_v the_o communion_n upon_o good_a information_n of_o their_o scandalous_a misbehaviour_n till_o they_o have_v give_v satisfaction_n if_o public_a to_o the_o congregation_n but_o how_o can_v this_o be_v if_o there_o be_v not_o a_o society_n to_o who_o this_o offence_n be_v give_v and_o a_o neighbourhood_n that_o can_v general_o speak_v observe_v it_o and_o according_o as_o they_o be_v thus_o join_v in_o neighbourhood_n by_o situation_n and_o in_o a_o ecclesiastical_a society_n by_o a_o parochial_a union_n so_o there_o be_v act_n of_o religion_n and_o worship_n which_o as_o of_o such_o society_n they_o be_v to_o join_v and_o communicate_v in_o and_o that_o under_o a_o general_a character_n be_v what_o we_o call_v public_a worship_n consist_v in_o prayer_n exhortation_n and_o instruction_n psalm_n and_o sacrament_n and_o since_o these_o be_v the_o public_a testimony_n of_o communion_n and_o what_o we_o be_v require_v by_o the_o divine_a command_n to_o communicate_v in_o how_o much_o be_v they_o to_o blame_v that_o live_v in_o the_o neglect_n of_o these_o or_o any_o of_o these_o of_o which_o there_o be_v three_o sort_n some_o that_o be_v of_o another_o communion_n
