choose_v the_o preacher_n he_o appoint_v not_o the_o best_a or_o fit_a preacher_n which_o may_v be_v have_v and_o whether_o it_o be_v the_o present_a pastor_n or_o any_o other_o we_o now_o dispute_v not_o that_o who_o have_v authority_n to_o choose_v chapter_n and_o text_n and_o word_n the_o sermon_n and_o prayer_n if_o he_o choose_v a_o less_o convenient_a chapter_n text_n or_o subject_a and_o less_o convenient_a method_n and_o word_n in_o preach_v and_o prayer_n all_o this_o be_v his_o infirmity_n and_o fault_n but_o yet_o the_o people_n must_v not_o refuse_v the_o thing_n so_o command_v not_o that_o we_o must_v obey_v it_o sub_fw-la ratione_fw-la maâ—â—_n as_o ill_o choose_v and_o inconvenient_a but_o though_o it_o be_v such_o not_o qua_fw-la but_o quod_fw-la inconveniens_fw-la and_o place_n etc._n etc._n and_o a_o small_a part_n for_o a_o more_o convenient_a they_o can_v concur_v but_o in_o some_o agreement_n and_o if_o the_o mistake_a part_n will_v not_o yield_v to_o the_o only_o material_a we_o answer_v 1._o it_o be_v but_o material_a and_o not_o formal_a obedience_n de_fw-fr specie_fw-la proper_o as_o it_o be_v to_o a_o command_n that_o be_v without_o authority_n to_o he_o that_o see_v his_o neighbour_n in_o fire_n or_o water_n or_o among_o thief_n and_o can_v save_v he_o by_o lawful_a mean_n and_o do_v not_o be_v guilty_a of_o his_o blood_n so_o be_v he_o that_o see_v his_o neighbour_n in_o drunkenness_n folly_n or_o passion_n make_v away_o himself_o and_o do_v not_o save_v he_o from_o himself_o if_o he_o can_v much_o more_o be_v be_v guilty_a of_o murder_n who_o wilful_o sell_v poison_n to_o he_o who_o he_o know_v do_v intend_v to_o kill_v his_o neighbour_n or_o himself_o much_o more_o his_o prince_n with_o it_o and_o if_o we_o have_v any_o casuist_n law_n reach_v the_o conscience_n be_v strict_a in_o such_o thing_n than_o man_n so_o shall_v the_o expositor_n of_o they_o be_v than_o the_o judge_n and_o we_o hope_v that_o our_o casuist_n will_v never_o see_v a_o law_n so_o make_v that_o shall_v command_v or_o tolerate_v all_o apothecary_n to_o sell_v poison_n to_o those_o that_o they_o know_v mean_a to_o use_v it_o to_o treason_n or_o murder_n and_o shall_v say_v you_o be_v not_o bind_v to_o neglect_v your_o trade_n your_o right_n or_o liberty_n to_o prevent_v another_o man_n sin_n and_o abuse_v it_o to_o his_o own_o or_o other_o hurt_n our_o lawmaker_n will_v never_o say_v we_o may_v command_v this_o because_o it_o be_v sin_n but_o per_fw-la accidens_fw-la when_o interest_n be_v against_o their_o error_n who_o by_o interest_n
