they_o that_o never_o find_v it_o a_o hard_a matter_n to_o come_v out_o of_o their_o duty_n for_o it_o be_v most_o natural_a for_o a_o man_n to_o stick_v in_o they_o because_o nature_n set_v man_n upon_o duty_n hence_o it_o be_v a_o hard_a matter_n to_o come_v out_o of_o rest_v in_o duty_n for_o two_o thing_n keep_v a_o man_n from_o christ._n 1._o christ._n sin_n 2._o self_n now_o as_o a_o man_n be_v break_v off_o from_o sin_n by_o see_v and_o feel_v it_o and_o groan_v under_o the_o power_n of_o it_o so_o be_v a_o man_n break_v from_o himself_o for_o man_n have_v rather_o do_v any_o other_o ignorant_a of_o the_o vileness_n of_o they_o prize_v they_o and_o esteem_v high_o of_o they_o and_o set_v his_o corn_n at_o so_o high_a a_o price_n he_o may_v keep_v they_o to_o himself_o the_o lord_n never_o accept_v they_o nor_o buy_v they_o at_o so_o high_a a_o rate_n three_o 3._o those_o that_o never_o come_v to_o be_v sensible_a of_o their_o poverty_n &_o utter_a emptiness_n of_o all_o good_a for_o so_o long_o as_o a_o man_n have_v a_o penny_n in_o his_o purse_n that_o be_v feel_v any_o good_a in_o himself_o he_o will_v never_o come_v a_o beg_n unto_o jesus_n christ_n and_o therefore_o rest_v in_o himself_o now_o do_v thou_o never_o feel_v thyself_o in_o this_o manner_n poor_a viz._n i_o be_o as_o ignorant_a as_o any_o beast_n as_o vile_a as_o any_o devil_n o_o lord_n people_n be_v filthy_a as_o they_o come_v from_o they_o then_o to_o be_v sure_a all_o wicked_a man_n action_n be_v much_o more_o filthy_a &_o pollute_v with_o sin_n but_o the_o first_o be_v true_a 6._o all_o our_o righteousness_n be_v as_o filthy_a rag_n for_o as_o the_o fountain_n be_v so_o be_v the_o stream_n but_o the_o fountain_n of_o all_o good_a action_n that_o be_v the_o heart_n be_v mingle_v partly_o with_o sin_n partly_o with_o grace_n therefore_o every_o action_n participate_v of_o some_o sin_n which_o sin_n be_v dagger_n at_o god_n heart_n even_o when_o a_o man_n be_v pray_v and_o beg_v for_o his_o life_n therefore_o there_o be_v no_o hope_n to_o be_v save_v by_o duty_n second_o suppose_v thou_o can_v perform_v they_o without_o sin_n yet_o thou_o can_v not_o hold_v out_o
