we_o number_v the_o thought_n of_o it_o but_o for_o the_o better_a understanding_n we_o will_v rank_v they_o into_o these_o four_o head_n to_o show_v how_o thought_n become_v vain_a 1._o material_o man_n thought_n be_v vain_a when_o the_o matter_n of_o they_o be_v vain_a 2._o formal_o when_o though_o for_o the_o matter_n they_o be_v never_o so_o good_a yet_o the_o manner_n of_o think_v they_o be_v evil_a 3._o essential_o when_o the_o man_n that_o think_v they_o be_v vain_a 4._o when_o it_o be_v a_o thought_n that_o may_v become_v the_o best_a saint_n upon_o the_o earth_n or_o a_o glorify_a angel_n in_o heaven_n yet_o the_o drift_n of_o the_o soul_n be_v carnal_a and_o vain_a the_o soul_n thereby_o become_v vain_a also_o first_o then_o material_a vain_a thought_n be_v all_o thought_n
