the_o day_n of_o our_o life_n but_o because_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n be_v deceitful_a and_o wicked_a and_o we_o be_v so_o backward_o to_o do_v our_o duty_n that_o we_o be_v unwilling_a to_o know_v it_o therefore_o it_o will_v be_v requisite_a to_o mention_v somewhat_o particular_o the_o thing_n contain_v under_o these_o three_o general_a head_n the_o first_o main_a branch_n of_o our_o duty_n we_o therefore_o have_v the_o church_n be_v wont_a to_o express_v this_o branch_n of_o our_o duty_n thus_o we_o must_v renounce_v the_o devil_n and_o all_o his_o work_n the_o pomp_n and_o vanity_n of_o this_o wicked_a world_n with_o all_o the_o covetous_a desire_n of_o the_o same_o and_o all_o the_o sinful_a desire_n of_o the_o flesh_n so_o as_o that_o we_o will_v not_o follow_v nor_o be_v lead_v by_o they_o we_o must_v renounce_v the_o devil_n and_o all_o his_o work_n it_o be_v by_o the_o craft_n and_o instigation_n of_o this_o apostate_n spirit_n the_o enemy_n of_o our_o happiness_n they_o the_o aim_n and_o scope_n of_o our_o chief_a endeavour_n and_o care_n nor_o let_v the_o enjoyment_n of_o they_o be_v our_o chief_a delight_n and_o satisfaction_n that_o we_o will_v not_o be_v guide_v by_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o world_n nor_o follow_v a_o multitude_n to_o do_v evil_a that_o our_o dear_a relation_n or_o our_o most_o necessary_a and_o most_o useful_a friend_n and_o benefactor_n shall_v not_o be_v able_a to_o influence_n we_o against_o the_o will_n of_o god_n and_o the_o dictate_v of_o our_o conscience_n that_o we_o will_v be_v ready_a to_o part_v with_o all_o that_o be_v dear_a all_o that_o be_v necessary_a to_o we_o and_o which_o we_o may_v otherwise_o lawful_o keep_v and_o enjoy_v when_o they_o stand_v in_o competition_n with_o our_o love_n and_o duty_n
